Poor customer experience, best avoided until/if they improve.
Poor customer experience; ticket prices are not honoured at the till and live feed supplies are mainly dead.
A £9.99 ticket item was charged at £12.99 at the till, a 30% increase.
Due to inflation apparently, and the staff not having the time to re-sticker goods. “Sorry about that”.
Locusts were mainly dead in all boxes… (likely because they are stored next to the outside window). “Sorry about that”.
Really not good enough and makes you wonder how well they look after their live animals.
