Worst experience ever

I rented a car for 2 days. When I picked it up I was told the amount of 241 Dollar is 200 Dollar Deposit and 40 Dollar car renting price. As a foreigner I believed her. But they charged me double because of she choose Premium instead of Basic what I wanted. When I returned the car and realized they made a mistake, they were not helpful at all.
They even told me I should scan a QR Code and will find a phone number. There was no phone number. So I returned and than she showed me a lost and found formular. I just felt like they made fun of me all the time anymore. I am devastated and they make fun of me. Nobody in there will help you and charge you things you did not want. I regret renting a car there and never make it again. I cancelled every other reservation anymore with them. I travel through US and never had such a bad experience. And they wouöd have made much more money with me, because I intended to rent a car in every city. Obviously they prefer to charge customers wrong stuff and than make fun of them

Scam

I’ve booked, and paid for, a Dodge Ram to be picked up at the airport. When I got to the counter the lady said that my credit card did not allow to rent such a big car. She also wanted to know why I wanted such a big car. Furthermore she added extra insurance, not asking, just telling me that the cost was 9 dollars per day (it was 10 dollars per day plus tax) and that I had ti leave a 500 dollar deposit (it’s supposed to be 200 dollars) and finished by telling me that they only had cars that cost 25 dollars more per day available (I was renting the car for 9 days). At that time I had been traveling, and awake, for 26 hours so I was blindsided by this information and I felt trapped. She said she couldn’t see how much I had paid already but she knew that it would cost 25 dollars more per day. The result: 900 dollars left my bank account and I left in a Nissan… out of these 900 dollars was around 700 dollars that I was supposed to spend on food and gas (it was supposed to be 200 dollars in deposit). Just stay away from Dollar!
