They made it very hard for me at first to get my first loan, but maybe they just wanted to be sure that I could pay back their loan. After my first loan that I paid back, it was than very easy for me to gain their trust and get further loans from them without any problems

I don't recommend any one borrow unnecessarily. However, with our 'world' being what it is, companies like yours do help people like me keep our various difficulties at bay and, also, give us someone to whom we can turn. ( Often, these anxieties are externally caused and, in particular, there caused by deep-seated experiences in the past. )

taking the money out the night prior to payday instead the day "of" or the morning "of" causes customers to incur a $5.00 overdraft fee

My experiences with Dollars Direct have been positive. When a question arises, personnel are quick to provide informative answers, in a timely manner. Personnel are able to address questions or concerns with ease and grace, and provide excellent customer service.

There's always something...
there's always something wrong that prevents you from getting your money the same day. Also, the fees. they're charging the max rate of $21 per $100. Most PDL places charge $20 per $100.
I do like the Live Chat though. It's handy.

Easy does it!
Getting a loan was a quick and easy experience. With the loans I have recieved I have been able to clear up a few loose ends . I have had quick customer service and very polite.
I did have a " lost in the shiffle" for my second loan, but it was quickly resolved
