Got my lashes done. Looks gorgeous and 7 days later they are all basically out. It’s crispy. I did the lash shampoo as told and took care of them. Completely fell out. Crispy. Looking bad. Dint get your lashes here!!!

Sadly this isn’t a ‘happy post’
I’ve placed several orders with doll and of the items I received I was happy. However 3 orders seemed to go awol I reached out to doll, and it took over a week to get a reply.
The reply came only as I’d reached out to a staff member on a private account also.

There was no gesture of goodwill and I had no choice other than to request refunds for the parcels missing.

A company that spends their time pushing sales, should also invest in their customer service to ensure any issues are resolved, instead of the ‘we are a small team’ response I got

Doll beauty cream and powder blushes I have all the shades. Love the cream formula blends so well and powders are pigmented! Can't wait to use them more especially now summer is here.. my fav is dolliday blush and let's get wavy! Can also use the cream blush on the lips which I love xxx

I loved my experience and my lashes!😍 I’m new to Chester and Serena was so helpful with everything! The place itself looks amazing and really stands out! I got Russian volume lashes and we was done in about hour and a half (and when having a chat we all know it can take a lot longer 😂) ! The lashes look so amazing, this is definitely the best set I’ve had since I first got my lashes done couple years ago I’m so obsessed 😍😍😍 Thank you again!! ❤️xxxx

Babs is the best at doing hair , need it to last for days … she’s your girl. Curls stayed in place for almost 11 days last time so I am back again and leaving looking amazing !

Had my hair toned, washed and curly blow dryed with Amy. A last minute appointment and Doll always manages to fit me in for an appointment. Absolutely amazing service as usual. Brought my Son in with me and he was made to feel very welcome and said he loved being in here and offered drinks so was in his element.

I can’t thank Star enough for my hair! She did the best job ever! Wow I’ve never seen my hair look so good! She’s a true professional and a lovely girl. She’s so talented at what she does, I explained I don’t want to keep bleaching my hair so she advised a root blend to make it look more natural and so I don’t have to get my highlights done so often. I agreed and wow the results speak for themselves! I was worried about getting extensions as I’ve never had them before but she helped me throughout the whole process and even matched me up and helped me buy the correct hair I needed. I can’t thank you enough star, I feel so good all thanks to you 🥰💓 & I even got a homemade iced coffee from the Doll Bar 10/10 service 🥰🙌🏽

Amazing experience this morning! The girls were fantastic and they looked absolutely gorgeous!

The inital experience was great I walked out very happy after having a restyle and bouncy blow! However, after the curls dropped and the cut was revealed it was uneven. I asked for a face frame but I ended up with one side an inch shorter than the other. I emailed them expecting a reply in a day or so however 2 weeks later no reply. I didn't ask for a refund or for them to fix it I just wanted them to acknowledge the mistake and apologise.
