Even contacted me by email asking me to take it down. Trying to emotionally blackmail me saying they're asking on a human level. As it could damage their business.
Everything I've wrote is true to my experience with them.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Order a ready to ship luxury human hair wig. On the 15/01
I bought this wig to see the quality of the hair.
I'd to contact the company on the on the 4/02 asking for a tracking number as it says ships withing three days on the site. Never recieved a reply till the 11/02.
To find out the item was in America as they've a US wearhouse too. The item wasn't shipped till the 17/02.
I asked for the order to be cancelled as it was taking to long to be told it couldn't even though it wasn't shipped.
What arrived was supposed to be a luxury 20" 150%.
What arrived was nothing luxury about it. The colour didn't match the same which i understand with pics online. The wig wasn't even 130%.
So contacted company again.
I had mentioned i bought this wig to see the quality before purchasing a full lace. To which I was told if I'd of contacted them beforehand I'd been directed to a full lace rather than ready to ship.
To be told this wig was a four year old wig and stock clearance.
Nowhere on the site did it mention this.
I've bought ready to ship wigs from other merchants that have been synthetic and better quality.
After the wait and to find out a luxury wig that's been advertised is four year old clearance. I'd never recommend this company to anyone.
I only got a refund once I mentioned I'd be leaving a negative review.
I thought about not letting others know as I dod get a refund. The seller knew I new my rights and admitted what I got wasn't as advertised.
So just be cautious with this company. Definitely contact them beforehand and as all questions. To make sure you've proof of what you want before ordering.

The delivery process definitely could use some work but they are legit. Hair and lace are good but doesn't hold heat well at all. Customer service responses were quick and helpful.

I have been loyal to this company for 6 years since loosing my hair and I can’t recommend them enough, the hair quality is next level and the the colouring is top notch, the amount of people that compliment it thinking it’s my real hair is endless, the girls through the company are friendly and always happy to help you on anyway and always get back to you think the hour, I wouldn’t be without my wigs and it’s all down to them!

I ordered the Honey Blonde Brazilian Deep Curly hair from Dolly Luxury Hair Company, and I’m really impressed. The quality is excellent—soft, full, and holds its curls beautifully. The color is rich and vibrant, exactly what I wanted. I’ve gotten many compliments, and I just ordered another set. It was definitely worth the investment!

This company was awful from start to finish. From the first initial message to the time of delivery. Responses to messages were very vague and one word answers,I suffer from hair loss so wigs are a big part of my life,I felt no reassurance atall. The day before delivery I sent a message asking for pictures of my new hair as I was excited to see,to be told it was made wrong and would have to wait another 10 days,this was after waiting already 4 weeks. This caused me so much distress as I was desperate for the wig,which I made clear from day one. Would never use them again and would definitely not recommend.

This wig is extremely well made with the invisible lace and natural shaped hairline. The baby hairs lie in a natural position and frame the face without sticking up or being too thick. The attention to the 360 detail makes it impossible to tell it is a wig no matter how the hair is styled. I get asked almost daily if it is my natural hair color. I can’t wait to buy more- this wig was very affordable for the stunning quality and long length! Thank you!

The company has great and fast feed back whenever a question is asked. The product that is sold is outstanding. No shedding, no smell, can be used more than once. I will continue ordering from this company!

This hair is well worth the wait!
It took 5 weeks to get to me, with little updates but all email enquiries were answered by Grace.
Can’t fault the quality of the hair it’s super thick even at 30” and the amount of weight is something you won’t get else where for this price. Can’t fault even fault the long delivery time as the quality makes it well worth it!

I will not be shopping here again and would advise people to go to other hair suppliers. I bought a 300g Body wave, Brazilian bundle at just under £200. This was my first time purchasing with this supplier I will add. Shipping stated between 1-3 weeks, i track my online purchases with the “Shop app”, there was no movement no information given at all, I started to enquire via email where and what was happening with my order. Lets just say the customer service was 💩 not great at all, I was strung along with false information constantly and waited 5 weeks to receive my order! Then to boot the hair is terrible, I washed the hair and the curl came straight out, it isn't even wavy! It is not double drawn it’s very thin and not good value for money at all. I will never purchase from Dolly Luxury Hair again.

I was really skeptical ordering from this company, I have had alopecia since 17 and am now 35, I have spent thousands of pounds on wigs and extensions that have either;
- Deteriorated quickly
- Looked nothing like the advertisement
- Fake hair had been used instead of human hair
- Looked point blank terrible

I have been in tears at time with products delivered to me and the thousands of pounds I have spent, I would ask myself ‘Does no one understand the need for great hair, coloured by a pro, that looks professional and doesn't result in me applying for an overdraft or credit card’, completely burnt out by the industry I had almost given up but still needed a wig as I still have alopecia. I then spent even more hours on Google and came access Dolly Luxury hair, the artistry looked amazing, and whilst it wasn’t cheap, it was affordable, I placed my order and waited patiently …… a few weeks later my package came, I had anxiety as I opened it preparing to be let down due to the constant disappointments from the past from other companies and suppliers. Upon seeing the wig, I initially thought the wig looked light in weight, the colouring was amazing but I was still concerned about the volume. The wig had been pre - styled and wasn’t necessarily to my liking, However I loved the colour and the quality of hair. Later, I washed the hair thoroughly twice over, I blow dried the hair and the hair came to life, the volume popped and the texture was amazing, I could literally not believe how natural it looked, As I blow dried the hair, the smell and the quality was amazing, I can genuinely say I was taken aback by the quality, the construction of the wig, the natural colour, as the layers flew apart from each other, I could see the virgin hair turn into a beautiful blonde, I started thinking …… damn, I think I’ve found the one….
I still cannot believe there is a company out there who finally gets it, that doesn’t outsource the colouring to people who have no idea what they are doing, who understands that wigs need to be affordable to people that need them as we are repeat buyers! Who understands that wigs need to look natural, no fake partings, no super shinny plastic hair, no mixed fibres, but Dolly Luxury hair have understood these concerns, I can honestly say this is a genuine company, the hair, colouring, the quality, is from someone who ‘gets it’ they have been or know someone who has had these struggles, and I am so happy I found them, so if you are in doubt or question whether the products are true and genuine, just know they are, and the longer time you spend debating whether to order them or not, is just more time you are without an amazing wig.
