DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! They dont give you any return instructions or receipts in your shipment. No way to return and they dont return emails! Shame on Facebook for letting them sell on there!! HORRIBLE

SCAM ARTISTS. Do not shop here. Facebook should not allow them to sell on that site or anywhere else.

If there were zero stars, I’d definitely pick that. It’s been a month and I’m yet to receive a refund and I’ve asked 5 times. Filing a claim with my credit card company. Do not shop here unless you like having your money stolen.

This is a textbook scam site!....no contact....no url!

I have two bags ordered on August 13 The money for bags was immediately deducted from my account when I placed my order. I have not received either bag. There is nothing showing when I try to track the order. I sent a inquiry through the ‘shop’ app asking for a status update and did not receive a response.

I never received my order!! The tracking number comes up in valid!! So far no answer to my email inquiring where my order is.

I Din get my order till jow and i mailed twice no response also

Merchandise is great but shipping is slow and hard to track.

I never recieved my purse....so kind of hard to review on it. Please send purse.

I love your products and decided to buy a purse for my wife's birthday. However, I am very frustrated that I have no way to follow up on my order or communicate/ contact you company. Who runs a business but provides no way to customers to contact them. I have read other reviews and am concerned that some customers waited months to receive their purchases. It's been 3 weeks still waiting for purse

Still have not received my purchase. It’s been a month or more

I have not received my order as of yet, nor have I been notified when I can expect it. The tracking app & tracking # show my order had been in Fremont, CA since the day I placed the order. I sent an email several days ago asking for information as to its status, but have not received a reply.

I’m still waiting for my order to arrive.
