Why you had to send 3 cymbal stop via DPD when a small envelope and postage would have been more convenient and less costly, but at least they arrived the following day.

I had been trying to acquire a gig bag with the Yamaha Logo on it, but to no avail at a reasonable price (most being imports from the US, which had big price for transportation). Dolphin Music had one and I purchased it; no fuss - got exactly what I wanted!

Good service - minor issue with delivery dealt with effectively as soon as I called.

Only one area for improvement. Could have let me know item was out of stock and so delaying it being ordered in and then posted out.

I liked being able to track the delivery down to a one hour slot. This was very helpful. Staff very professional and helpful.

Although I placed the order before the cut off time it was not delivered the next day as promised. As this was to be a surprise birthday present for my husband the delay did cause problems in keeping the delivery secret

After much deliberation I decided to purchase the SE electronics X1T valve microphone at the stunning price of £149, I am extremely pleased with my purchase.I have already used it to record both vocals and acoustic guitar and the results are amazing with a rich and warm sound for vocals and guitar.
I ordered the item on Monday 24th and received it on the 26th another great purchase from Dolphin

Ordered audio cable leads that I needed fast as I lost the ones I had so I ordered these from dolphin and they come the next day very very good service and very quick

Fast delivery, with good communication throughout the order. Also the best price I could find for this product.

Waited 3 weeks for an item that was listed as in stock on their website. After a week, I chased them up to find that they didn't have it in stock, but didn't think to call me or order a new one from their supplier. Anyway, another two weeks later I chase them up again to find one was delivered by supplier but sitting in their warehouse. I won't be using dolphin music again (also apparently my name on their system is as?)

Purchased on line - SP60036531 22nd Set - paid extra for Saturday delivery as present to son

did not arrive - no explanation
sent email and told it was not in stock, but website said it was. apology given - free set of strings promised to compensate plus reimbursement of postage
Told it would arrive on Saturday 8th October, but it arrived Sunday 9th October

Power supply arrived without a figure 8 lead therefore could not use and guitar strings were the wrong gauge.

Informed by son figure 8 arrived today 11th October - when asked about the strings being the wrong gauge I was informed by email that they were additional to the order and free and I am sure I could find a use for them

This is an unsatisfactory experience which you need to made aware of as the power supply was a gift for my son. I feel that I have been taken advantage of as I am a postal customer. You're website has inaccurate information and the product when it arrived was incomplete and the guitar strings to compensate were wrong. I would have selected another website but you showed the product was in stock

Sorry I can not recommend you or as I have found out PMT which is my son's local guitar shop

very rapid delivery!

I was recommended Dolphin Music by a friend who said they are very helpful. Absolutely! I am a newcomer to home recording and in the throes of setting up my studio. Simon spent as long as I needed on the phone with me advising me on technical aspects of the gear I want. He couldn't have been more helpful or patient. I am delighted with the experience and will definitely use Dolphin in the future as my gear needs expand.
