PLEASE DO NOT USE...!!!
My RCF Evox 8 had a fault (which they assured me was very unusual) and it had to go back to the manufacturer.
They told me I would have it back within 2 weeks, which of course I didn't, and when I did finally receive it back it was covered in bumps, scrapes, dents etc. This was a pristine bit of kit in great condition and it has been ruined.
Total refusal to acknowledge any responsibility and not even willing to discuss the issue.
DISGRACEFUL PLEASE DO NOT USE...!!!

I am sorry you feel this way but we did discuss this with you at length and I am sorry that the outcome of the conversation was not to your liking. With all courier collections it is imperative that the items are packed securely for transit with sturdy boxes and plenty of internal packaging. Your item being a heavy product certainly needed some substantial internal packaging which it did not have. Our couriers cannot be held responsible for poor packaging. The item has not been ruined but it had received some aesthetic damage on its way to us. When it arrived with us we were surprised it had not been damaged more due to the complete lack of internal protection in the boxes.

Dolphin's service was second to none.Item arrived exactly on time but was rather a dissapointment.Description stated it is padded, however padding is so thin it is almost non existing and bag seems useful only as a dust cover and no better than a TGI bag that I gave just £9-99 for.

Fine but very slow and why P&P charges for a digital delivery?
I ordered Presonus Studio One V3 upgrade package. The price was amazing so no complaints there. However when I went to pay there was a P&P charge - OK obviously they were sending a physical copy which was fine. This was borne out by the fact I received an email saying the product was temporarily out of stock and they would send it as soon as they could. Again no problem these things happen. Then 3 weeks later I suddenly receive an email with a License key and download instructions.
The product is good and this all worked fine but why the HUGE delay for simply a license key and why the Postage and Packing charges of 4.95?
Overall not a bad experience but it would make me think twice before using this supplier again.

Customer care par excellence !
I ordered an item that was out of stock from Dolphin music. Having called them to find out the expected delivery date, I explained that I needed it for a specific gig in 2 days. They then chased their suppliers, got the item for me and turned it round the same day to ensure I got it time. The point is, is wasn't even an expensive item, it was around £30, but their service was second to none and really appreciated. If you want to deal with people who care, shop at Dolphin Music. Very happy.
