Daughters 30th birthday

Hi Jill. First of all, thanks for the feedback. I've just had a look back on your order and you chose a personalised welcome home banner from our welcome home collection.
We have 100's of designs to choose from on the website, obviously some are more decorative than others. As all our banners can be personalised, the good thing is you do not have to stick within that one category, you could look at others such as birthdays, anniversary etc and if you like the design, you can personalise them specifically for your occasion. The categories are only used as a guide.
We truly appreciate every suggestion we get to improve ourselves, especially from our customers. We’ll definitely take your idea into account. In the future we are looking into ways of adding extra to your order, such a command strips, and other alternatives now on the high street so that you can hang our banners with ease. Having looked into this previously, we found that customers were just happy using blutack and we didn't want to spoil the banner by adding holes etc.
