Very good cutomer service.
There was confusion with my post code which meant my parcel was returned to supplier. After a text they sent out the order again and got it next day. The poster was brilliant. So very happy

Good afternoon Keely.
This is the first we have heard of your issue with your order (255690). I can see you placed an order on the 15th June at 4pm, this was shipped at the first possible opportunity on Friday 16th.
Looking at the tracking it arrived on Monday 19th - one working day later, well within the 3 working days advertised. I can appreciate ordering on a Thursday and the product arriving on Monday is 4 days later - but it couldn't have got there any faster!
You placed an order for 1 x A2 sized sheet, which is the smallest we do. We have a great guide on the website for what wrapping paper size is suitable for particular gifts. We have a sliding scale for the pricing of wrapping paper and the more that is ordered the less expensive it is by the sheet. If you have any further comments, or wish to order from us in the future please get in touch with us directly and I would be happy to look at a discount to compensate for your disappointment on this occasion.

Excellent quality of products
The quality of the bespoke wrapping paper and banners is brilliant.
Ordered for my daughters 18th and now again for her 21st birthday.
Cara in the Customer Service team was brilliant in arranging a 21st birthday card at the last minute, when I was let down by a vendor elsewhere.
She was super responsive and a true example of great customer service.
