Appalling experience. Bought a property shared ownership for my mother when my father had to go into a nursing home and my mother moved into a property in Oxford.

Was told various lies after my mother died from Ovarian Cancer in February last year. Have had no support from Domovo in selling the property only from Credit Control in chasing up money owed on my dead mothers pendent alarm. Disgusting!

Improvements - Listen and support people in the process of selling your properties, not only buying your properties.

Train you staff not to lie and misinform on the process of dealing with the process of grief.

Having witnessed how they aren't open and transparent about things like council tax rates, service charged and utilities, I'd avoid having any dealings with them. They were/are involved bpha and Warburton house, do some research.
If you are thinking of buying into the scam, visit without them and ask existing owners or renters, find out facts.
My experience is of watching them at Warburton house, fortunately I'm out but part owners are stuck.

If I said the word Alcatraz, and for the people that don’t know Google that word I can’t emphasise driving around this area while it is a new development is at least 1000 times worse that isn’t even a tip of the iceberg.

These developers team up with other developers, complete greed, building, concrete jungles and ruining peoples lives. Don’t believe me ? Take a trip round the area. You will see exactly what I mean, lock your windows and keep your engine is running.
These people should be ashamed of themselves all for a bit of money.
