Would highly recommend Donr to any charity looking to expand into text donations. Customer service from Callum has been outstanding - all queries answered quickly and efficiently.

Overall we've had an incredibly positive experience and we can't wait to launch our Christmas text campaign next week!

Donr are fantastic!
Any queries I have are always answered extremely quickly and efficiently. They are open to suggestions and are always looking at ways of improving their processes even though they are top notch already!

I would highly recommend. Easy to use platform to set up and monitor campaigns. Great customer service, any help request are answered quickly and without unnecessary jargon.

What a great company!
Our charity joined Donr in March when JustGiving and Vodaphone ended their text giving service. Since then, whatever the issue, or question, the team has been great. Donr's staff are quick off the mark to answer questions and give help and the website works really well. We are only a small charity, so any money we can raise however we can raise it, is really appreciated and to have such a trouble-free experience with a provider is really appreciated. Well done team!

I work for a charity that has used Just Giving's text platform until this point, couldn't be happier with the switch:
- Found Donr so easy and quick to set up
- Service was great when I made a mess of one of our keywords and Callum was able to correct it for us on the spot

As a charity who has not used text giving before, we were really cautious about our first steps into text giving. Donr really gained our confidence and allowed a quick and easy way for us to begin our text giving journey as an organisation! The client support is fantastic and no question is too big or small.
Donr is one of the very few suppliers who didn't seem to have "money making" at the forefront of all they do. There are no hidden costs as they are so transparent.
There are a handful of reporting tools we would like, but Donr never says never! They are constantly improving their systems, processes and reporting. We look forward to growing our income further with Donr!

Had great support from Donr via their helpline whilst signing up Phab - good to find the phone number so easily on their website and be able to speak to a person and get sorted out so quickly.

After just a week of using their service, Donr is already proving to be a far superior alternative to JustTextGiving. Not only is it great to have a wider field of options for your text code, but the reporting is clear and detailed and the customer service from the Donr team has been second to none.

With Just Giving discontinuing their text donation service I looked around for an alternative as some of our events rely on texting to raise additional funds. I had a chat with Paul & Sam from donr, who worked with me to make sure their platform was optimised for our event & even attended on the night to be on hand to answer any queries. The platform worked incredibly well, raising a fantastic amount of money in around 2 hours. Easy to use & optimised for mobile, we couldn't ask for more. Very happy to move forward with donr.

Really friendly team and fantastic quality of work! I've used Donr for digital campaigns and text donations and have never had any issues whatsoever. They even support you with marketing and social media strategies. It's incredible the service they offer with no upfront costs from the charity. For us, it was a great risk-free fundraising option and we're definately sticking with them!
