Bad customer service
The lady that was helping me get approved for a loan wasn’t very clear on exactly what was needed she was rude and had attitude when I had asked questions just no good customer service at all

The interest they charge is so obscene that your 700-dollar payments every 2 weeks only bring down your loan amount by less than 10 percent. Their racket should be illegal.
