Fast and very nice

Dollar loan center on 3962 blue diamond the ladies there were so straight forward and easy to get my personal loan, was very professional and nice. Great experience

i applied for a loan, someone named jasmin and Daja are the ones that helped me. After receiving multiple phone calle regarding my applications they said that i got approved for $360, all documents/requirements are submitted and they are always saying "all documents and requirements received and everything looks perfect on our end". Then Daja called me for signing loan agreement, everything signed and ready to release the funds. Daja said yhe funds will receive in 15-20 minutes. few minutes after i spoke to Daja she called me back saying my loan application is denied. i was like really? after spending time you told me thay i was approved and loan documents was already signed then you telling me im denied! what a waste of time talking to the both of you jasmin and daja!!

They help me out when I need it

Needed a quick loan and the Caldwell dollar loan center made it super quick and very easy. In and out with in the hour Ashley was amazing so kind and worked very quickly to get me in and out.

Unfortunately this review won't be seen because of all the fake ones. They charge 258 percent interest on loans. On $240 they want $750 back. The underwriters kept asking for more stuff for over 2 hours. Only for the most desperate.

Took me all day long on and off the phone with these sharks to find out I could only get 100 dollars from their short term HIGH INTEREST loan! Probably in the long run did me a favor! Run from these guys!

I was told that my loan was denied because the pay stubs I uploaded appeared to be fraudulent. The pay stubs came straight from ADP. When asked to speak to an underwriter regarding this I was told they do not have any contact information.

Very professional

If I could leave 0 stars i would! No one calls you back, they charge 235% interest, they advertise specifically for people in need of help getting out from under title loans, but do NOTHING with title loans, they pull your credit without consent, violate your privacy, and sell your information to abu-dobbie scam callers! All in all, they are worse than any other installment place in Wisconsin!

Awful process…spent a whole day going back and forth with documentation and they kept finding ways to say the documentation wasn’t enough although provided was company number, name, paystubs, etc. asked me for offer letters although I’ve been working there 3+ years and bank history shows it. Then wanted full description from HR on what my duties were. The company stated it takes 30 min but I spent over 5 hours total with them. I ended up just saying no thank you because it was way more stressful than it needed to be. They kept saying underwriter is ready but we need more. I’d rather just loan elsewhere.

Stacey at dollar loan center at the twin falls store is one of the best persons I have dealed with great smile always. Never a dull moment with Stacey. Keep strong stacey.

Every time I come to 🆙Dollar loan the staff works really courteous and kind and professional and anytime I call they’re very helpful and professional and they’re always quick to help me if I need to extend on my loan. I highly recommend if you need money to come to 🆙Dollar loan centre

"Chuck" the misleading owner has bombarded the WI radio stations w ads and opened a store at every corner in WI! Boasts "money in under a hr". "Come try us". I'm now on hr #4 and "pending". Customer service chat stated "Be patient, we're training new staff and busy". Noone knows what they're doing. All new employees.

Then why TF does Chuck broadcast misleading info? Money in a hr. LMFAO

Better places and options out there people

Starting with Logan who helped me thru a couple of tech difficulties on my end, and then ending with Ms Sylvia, who once I called was ready with the money$$$It was an easy experience, Great Team
