They use DHL for transport which is also a reliable company.

Thank you to Annabelle and Doorout for their assistance with the complicated vacation delivery in Spain. Their support and updates every day were exceptional. This is a service that many companies could learn from. I will definitely return.

I ordered some goods, one of them wanted to return, and with no information on the website about how do it, I e-mail them.
Got an answer 1 month after with this text:
Dear customer,

By order of the Local Court of Fulda, provisional insolvency proceedings were ordered over the assets of the company doorout.com GmbH & Co. KG and Mr Dirk Ritzenhoff was appointed provisional insolvency administrator.

For reasons of insolvency law, a refund of the purchase price for sales before 5 September 2024 is not permitted. These claims are to be qualified as insolvency claims.

The claim existing in your favour arose before 5 September 2024, so that it is an insolvency claim that you can register in the insolvency table after the opening of insolvency proceedings. You will be asked to do so again in due course.

For this reason, we would advise you not to return your goods.

Totally unbelievable shop. Do not buy there. The after selling customer service is totally bed, no one wants to help with a problem. They just say: sorry, we can not send you wright label. I had bought outwell tent, which was with a whole, the outwell company send another tent for me to exchange to doorout. But doorout.com send me a wrong return label so I Can not send it back. They do not care, every email is just the same, they treat me like stupid. And they do not want to send me a good tent, which they had got from outwell for me. Terrible company. I worn you, do not buy there, because you will never get back your money, if there will be any problem after buying. Totally unprofessional. Totally unbelievable selling company. It’s already half a year when I bought the tent from doorout.com, I lost money, time and had a lot of stress. What will be a problem for normal company to prepare wright label for bigger size and kg package ? It is not a trust shop. Choose different shop if you do not want to be treated like that.

Avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a rucksack on 30th August, with an expected delivery of 1-3 days. After 5 days, the site was down, no tracking number, no updates, absolutely nothing.

I paid via PayPal, so I reached out to them for help.

Finally, on 11th September, I received an email by doorout stating the order was canceled and I would receive a refund by 20th September. They provided no confirmation, no explanation, and completely dismissed my requests for more information.

As expected, the 20th came and went, and no refund appeared. Attempts to contact them went unanswered. Thankfully, PayPal resolved the issue in my favor on 28th September.

This site is unreliable, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. If you want to avoid a nightmare experience like mine, stay far away.

Shop is insolvent. Customer Service is a complete mess.

One week after making an order I have no tracking number, the website has been down for four days right after I made an order, and the retailer is not replying to my messages, except to say they are having technical problems. Starting to think this shop is a scam

Ordered air awning 28th Jan, received 5th February Germany to Spain. Very impressed and customer service was excellent. One outstanding item which they will send when in stock. Well deserved 5 stars. Not tried it yet but hopefully everything will be be ok

We ordered a tent online at a very good price. At first we had some doubts seen the price, sometimes when it looks like it is too good to be true..., but nothing whatsoever. We ordered on Tuesday from the Netherlands and received the tent on Friday afternoon. Questions we had via email were answered in a very short matter of time. For now I can recommend ordering with them.

Can't recommend the e-shop for buying from outside of Germany. I've ordered two chairs, one of them came broken, but they only offer free returns from Germany. Since I'm in Slovakia, sending it back would cost me almost half the price of the chair. Not worth it.

Also, they don't include phone number on packages, so it might be difficult to get the package. It took more than a week to send the package from Germany to Slovakia and I had to call DHL to tell them my phone number, since they were unable to contact me.

Items came in perfect condition and right on schedule.
