Excellent service, extremely friendly and the doors I received to a highest standard. Special thanks to Francesca, who was excellent in make my experience smooth and stress free.

I ordered 3 doors in May 2021 which were made to order for about August 2021. I heard nothing until November 2021 when they were due to be delivered and waited in all day for no delivery. I heard absolutely nothing until early February where they gave me no notice of the delivery and I was busy so couldn't get the order. They then delivered 2 of the 3 doors about a week or so later. The third finally came in the second week of march. Their multiple delays meant the door delivery came during a full kitchen renovation and I was too busy to check the doors. One door is badly damaged along one edge, clearly from being in and out of vans multiple times. They are refusing to accept any responsibility for the doors due to it being a month since the doors were delivered which really isn't a shock considering the service to date.

I received my order about 3 weeks ago. I have 5o say the order was early and it wonderful. Thanks

Love my new doors

Wanted a black industrial internal door and as there was a shipping delay problem Frankie (who runs the show) suggested a great hack. Paint an oak door (with full glazed) inner and voila you have your industrial door. This was a great tip and the finished internal door looks fantastic. It took 10 days in total between drying each side (primer, undercoat & top coat) all in solvent paint so was quite pricey but it looks amazing. Try the Oak Walden clear glass it looks great in matt black.

I ordered 5 doors from this company and one of them I ordered in error. Frankie went out of her way to help me find an alternative as well and arranging it so I didn't need to pay an extra delivery too!

I ordered two glass fire doors back in March after finding them on the internet after a lot of searching. This was not a company I had heard of before, and I did not check them out prior to ordering on Trust Pilot.

Got a call the day after to inform me that these doors were on back order and due in on a container at the beginning of May. I had the option not to go ahead and pay, but was impressed by the personal touch of a call.

Once the doors were back in stock, received a text for suggested delivery date, which you can accept of reschedule. Doors delivered by the delivery company. The guy was really friendly and took them into my garage for me, as I could barely lift them.

Doors were in perfect condition, and exactly what I was expecting. I did not check them on arrival, as being fire doors, they were too heavy to move on my own.

The only thing I would say, even though I did not do it, is to check they are not damaged. They want you to check them either on delivery, or within a few days. I get it, as you cant really go back weeks later and complain.

I would definitely recommend this company, as I was impressed by the product and service.

I have gone out of my way to post this review, as really happy.

We ordered 10 lipped doors from Doors Galore, however when it came to fitting the doors we noticed that they were damaged and bent, which meant that there was a 2cm difference from the top of the door to the bottom. We have had to order doors from elsewhere and use the damaged doors for temporary shelving Etc on our construction sites. When the doors arrived they seemed fine and they were all laid flat on a flat surface so that the risk of the doors bending was obsolete, however 2 weeks later when our carpenter/ joiner fitted the doors we realised how bad quality the doors really were. We are based in London and so we don’t want to pay another £200 to send the doors back, so we haven’t bothered to contact them at all for a refund.

Beware using this company. They delivered a badly damaged door. We reluctantly used it, as we had booked the fitter and he was on site to fit this door, and other works would be held up unless we did so. We have had to repair the door and patch it up. I asked Doors and Floors Galore for a goodwill partial refund, at least of the (high) delivery costs. They have refused, are quite hostile, and offer no apology. They say doors must be fully inspected on delivery. In practice this is unrealistic as the door was put to one side until the fitter arrived. I left it in the packaging so it was protected until the fitter came. Also it was a very heavy door and I could not lift it to get the packaging off. Clearly this company is not at all concerned to give good customer service. We have ordered other doors from other companies recently without problems and I would not go back to Doors and Floors Galore after this experience.

This is the second time in recent months that I have ordered with Doors Galore. Yet again the service was fantastic and would recommend 100%. Very impressed with communication throughout the process. THANK YOU 👍🏻
