If I could give no stars I would.

Been waiting for delivery of my door for over two weeks.
Told them when I ordered it will have to be a Monday or Friday.
I start getting texts saying delivery is happening on other days than these, after being 29th and worse in the queue to their delivery people on 3 occasions I finally manage to arrange a time for delivery.
They cancelled on the day…..I call doors and more who said they would send them an email as it takes too long to get them on the phone and they have other customers to serve.

Absolute joke from a terrible customer service.

Then it’s 5 days for a refund.

My project halted for 3 weeks now

Awful company. I regret buying from them, Non existent customer service.

Great quality 5 panel oak doors and glazed internal doors at a bargain price. They even came with handles and hinges.Delivered quickly with good comms from the delivery crews.

The door bolt I ordered is great and matches the existing bifold door bolt I already have. I had to buy another one because my bifold doors only came with one and the doors would not always stay aligned.

However the whole experience leaves me annoyed that I had to pay such a ridiculously high delivery cost for a product that fits comfortably in one hand. And to make it worse the tiny little box it came in was battered. Luckily the bolt was fine.

The door is high quality and the description was accurate. Delivery was straightforward and communication was good. A totally positive experience.

Excellent product, excellent service and most pleasant in all aspects.

From placing the order to delivery, I was kept informed at every stage of the process. I cannot praise Doors & More enough for their efficiency and customer service. Good quality products at keen prices. Highly recommended.

Bought 5 doors off this company, 4 in one order, then the last one a few weeks later. The last door arrived wrapped in cardboard, as opposed to the previous ones which had just been shrink wrapped. Our carpenter took a few days to be ready for the last door, and upon opening it it was badly damaged/scratched. I reported this immediately to the company, and, after chasing it up twice, was told no refund would be given as it should have been checked upon delivery. I'm disabled and was completely unable to unwrap this incredibly heavy door, which someone had evidently packed even though it was damaged. After spending a lot of money with this company I expected a bit of goodwill. BEWARE!

Horrendous experience. Given a delivery date, driver phoned on the day to say he only had 2 of 5 doors so didnt deliver. Then took 4 weeks of chasing Doors and More every few days who weren't interested in resolving, just emailed the delivery company each time I chased. No proactive emails during that time at all. Avoid!

Good service, easy to deal with. Decent value

Door arrived promptly, call centre was helpful to add something I'd missed in the order. However, the delivery options did not clarify that the delivery would not be bought to the flat door (only the main entrance) and so I had to find people to help me bring it to my flat. Would have liked to have the option for flat door delivery and it to have been explicitely expressed when ordering. Plus, door arrived with a small mark on it, but too much hassle to exchange.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery and nice door. The delivery tracking is a real bonus.

I dont usually write negative review but had to on this one, ordered 4 doors, delivery date came and only 3 got delivered, the courier seemed like a 3rd party company and there was a language barrier and said something about 3 now 4th on next delivery. This wasnt mentioned on the dispatch notes. Called the company next day and they confirmed all dispatched at the same time and they would contact the courier and come back to me. 2-3 days later chased and update and they were still awaiting a response from the courier 5th day i had to send an email to get some form of acknowledgment that my order wasn’t fulfilled and didnt get a response until i chased again on the phone to which they confirmed they had shipped another door the day before. Whilst the products are good their customer service is nothing to be desired. I wouldn't buy again from them as its when things go wrong does a companies service levels have a chance to shine

Very helpful friendly staff

Pretty poor in most respects - I'll try and give a brief summary:
- delivery was very slow, over 3 weeks from order
- these doors have a very thin veneer, so there's no way you're going down in size
- two doors arrived damage
- it took a very long time to get them to replace the doors they sent damaged
- still trying to get them to exchange some other doors for the appropriate size
- they just don't answer the phone. I have been on hold - place '1' in the queue - for around an hour many times
- their email address was wrong for a while

Basically they are a "sell-and-move on" place - recommend you find what you want from somewhere else (although be wary - they are also "Vibrant doors", and I think they reference/contact from another company as well!)
