I recently purchased an older house and am currently renovating the property.
As I needed to replace the interior doors skirting architrave I looked at various outlets to supply the materials. I also intended to remove all the carpets with the exception of the stairs and landing and replace them with wooden flooring.
I called into the Abbey Centre branch of the Door Store and was greeted by a sales man called Robbie.
Robbie was extremely knowledgeable on doors and floors, he took his time to show me their available stock and moved samples to different lights to show me exactly how they looked.
I returned the following day after measuring the rooms and he very quickly and accurately calculated exactly all the materials I required. Robbie also recommend one of their fitters, Ivan to hang the doors fit the floors, architrave etc.
All the work was carried out by Ivan within just 6 days.
I am delighted with the result and the final cost. An excellent sales and professional fitting service and great value.

Great selection of doors & very speedy delivery.
Ordered various sizes of the Genoa oak door - quality exceeded expectations.

Pros: The slatewall panels are good. They are available in a choice of colors and are easy to handle.
Cons: Delivery charges are pretty high.

When I took doors out of packaging and hung them noticed shading marks on 3 out of 6 of my doors purchased

We had a great buying experience with Justin at the door store. We were able to view, select and let Justin put together a quote that included everything (hinges, parts, etc.) required for a smooth install.

The prices were fair, generous discount was offered and we were kept up to date on stock availability and times, they were also able to coordinate with my installer Colin from Quinlan Carpentry to pick up and install the 10 doors for us.

The ordering process was easy, the install was well coordinated, neat and professional. There was absolutely nothing to complain here, our house has been transformed with high quality doors, my wife is happy and I am delighted.

The doors are great looking and the overall experience after a hiccup was good. I would have given 5 stars but the doors didn’t arrive on the day I was promised and only after I called chasing delivery was it realised that the doors weren’t scheduled for delivery on the promised day. Anyway they made up for the delay with a delivery 2 days later and I was pleased

The doors were delivered on time, they were packed very well so there was no damage, I was very pleased with my doors and the service excellent, would definitely buy my next doors from them, thank you.

Door was delivered damaged! Contacted the day of delievery to tell them sent photos and was told they'd get in contact.
It's now been nearly 4 weeks and my emails are now being ignored!

Got all our doors and most of our flooring from Newtownabbey. Robbie was very helpful and carried our flooring to our car. Will definitely use this store for anything else we will need in the future.
