The window was of good quality but took a long time to arrive, about a month I think. I went for the cheapest delivery option but didn't think it would take so long, no problem with the window itself, it was a good fit and to the exact spec I gave them.

Swift delivery - received the door within 2 days of ordering. Door (external) needed a little shaving to fit in the existing frame. The quality of the door appears to be really good. Treated and painted as per recommenadation, hence time will tell more!

The material on the doors and window is fine. However, one of the windows had the wrong glass fitted — frosted instead of clear, as we wanted all the glass to be the same and fully clear.

The door was faulty never had experience of buying door , the fault was hidden under-package, when joiner started fitting after few weeks he opened packaging found fault complained to company they never accepted their fault , beware of this company , always remove all packaging and check the door throughly from every corner in front of driver. thanks

I am sorry about this however I can see that you advised us of the damage after the door was installed. We do advise customers in all email communication to check your items this can be done either on delivery or as soon as possible after to ensure damages are reported to us to ensure that we can get replacements out to you in a timely manner. We do also advised not to schedule any work to be done until you have received your order just in case we need to send out replacements or sort any issues.
I am sorry that we were unable to get this resolved for you on this occasion however we do always do our best to help our customers where we are able to.
