not that great compared to some others
not that great compared to some others. Complicated as far as recipient has to enter code to see card, should just come up. Some people don't read emails to know they have to do something so easiest if can just click on or click to go to web to be on automatically. Selection, fair. Pricing a little high. Thank you for the trial, may check later if anything has changed.

There are 3 places the recipient can click to simply open the card. If that did not happen for you or your recipient, we offer free technical support if you contact us at Support@doozycards.com.

There is no free trial, they hit your cc immediately. although i cancelled immediately, no response. Then ten days later hit my cc again, I am now out over $50 and still waiting for refund. in a few more days my cc company will get copies of emails and i never want to hear from these doozy people again.

Hi Jenny. We see that you did receive a full refund today from our Customer Support team. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to ask. To clarify about the free trial and the charges, We do have a 10 day free trial during which no charge is made. The first item you may have seen was likely an authorization. Credit card processers "tap" customers' credit cards for a sale amount to be sure the card is good and not fraudulent. That may look like a charge but it reverts back to the customers' account within 24 hours and we never ever receive any funds from it. The 2nd charge was legitimate and for the membership and that amount has now been refunded to you in full. Thank you for giving our service a try.

The cards are cheesy and not what I expected. There are much more advanced e-card companies available. I closed my account just after I tried to send the first card.

But they delivered the card I chose within minutes of ordering and the read report came though straight away so their service is faultless even if I didn’t like the choice
