Excellent service

This is the first time ever that I have sent an ecard and I found it so easy to use this site ...... it was also easy to find the appropriate card.

I signed up for a trial subscription

I signed up for a trial subscription, and unbeknownst to me, Doozy automatically signed me up for an annual paid subscription when it ended. I was charged a hefty US$24 fee for the year. On their website 'Terms and Conditions' (in fine print, of course), they do say subscriptions are renewed annually, but also that you may cancel within 60 days without charge by emailing them. So I email them - a reply within 24 hours is promised. A week later, there has been no response. Dodgy Doozy!

We do state on the sign up page one uses to begin a membership that the $24 annual membership price automatically renews. Customers have the option to cancel the subscription at any time in the "My Profile" section of the website. Looking in our database, we do not see a membership in your name. Could it be under a different name or variation? If you were unable to get a reply from emailing us at Support@doozycards.com, please try us at Info@doozycards.com which will go directly to our main office. We will be happy to refund the renewal charge for you.

We are sorry you had trouble sending your card. Looking at our database we see that no payment seems to have been made. Rather, the credit card used was declined each of three tries so the membership was not opened and no payment received. If your records say differently, please feel free to contact us at Support@doozycards.com and we will be happy to help resolve the issue for you.

I loved the card I sent, but I sent it to an invalid email address. I can’t find the card again, so would like to resend it. How do I do that?

That should be easy if you log into your membership and then click on the orange menu bar item "My Profile". In the drop down menu, click on "Card History". You will see all the cards you have sent and you may then click "resend" on any one of them.

Patrick, we are very sorry you have had difficulty. It is true that PayPal does make it difficult to know where to cancel subscriptions in their system. We have been working on this and have just last week changed our cancellation process to take users directly to the PayPal subscription page for Doozycards where they may cancel the PayPal subscription. While there is an offer to join our service lower down in the email that announces the ecard to its recipient, as most online businesses do, it is well below the announcement of the ecard itself. That announcement comes with big bold letters, multiple links and buttons to click on to see the ecard sent, and an animated GIF that takes up a large portion of the top of the email, which also links to the ecard sent. If your recipient had any trouble viewing her ecard, we will be happy to assist her. We can be reached via email at Support@doozycards.com.

Invalid address ????

I have used Doozy Cards for a few years, the difficulties have increased and the quality has decreased.
This past week I sent two cards to 2 different recipients and both cards came back invalid address. I resent and received the same messages. I checked with the recipients and I had used the correct addresses, which are in my address book and I used for a number of years.
That is it for me; I will not be renewing my membership!

You charged my charge card twice total…

You charged my charge card twice total 36.00 then you charged me prior to free trial off was over. I am canceling the service please effective immediately.
