been waiting for refund since mid march.

they are basically thieves. they would take your money, not ship you the items, and refuse to tell you when a refund can be issued.

they used to take paypal before but not anymore, probably because received too many disputes and now they can only scam money with credit cards, and you would need to fill chargebacks to hopefully get your money back.

this business should be taken down, it seems like it’s only setup to steal
money.

Got scammed by them. Bought two pairs of air jordans back in december 2018, got cancelled, and never refunded. Upon sending them countless emails, they will simply ignore it for weeks or reply: "Hello,
we are very sorry, we issued a delay with the refunds.
We are going to recover and give you the money back as
soon as possible."

Have filed a chargeback and made an official police report against them. Waiting for an outcome. Highly suspect that they are going bankrupt and fleeing with the money

This was probably the baddest shopping experience i've ever had. I waited 3 weeks that the shop will ship my items without being succesful (they really don't shipped after 3 weeks!!). Now i wait for days to get a refund. The email says "as soon as possible" they will refund me. I mean what? This is a luxury shop and they don't know when they will refund their customers after letting them wait for weeks to not get an item the customer paid for??
Also they don't have a phone number. So you can not call the shop if you get scammed like me.
Don't buy at Dope Factory!

where are the refunds you owed people for 4 months now?? you respond to positive feedback (which is probably your employees) but not the countless others who have hadf issues????

I bought some stuff twice. Never experienced any problem and the shipping was excellent.

No shipping or refund for almost 2 Months now, big SCAM !
They dont even respond to Emails and leave me on read at Facebook. -.-

I have requested a refund for my order and they have accepted it. However, after I shipped back the items they hold it in the custom and did not pick it up. Now the items is returned back to me and I have tried to contact them but NEVER got a reply. AVOID THIS SCAM SHOP AND BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dope factory is a scam! Their customer service is awful and if you buy anything don’t ever expect them to ship it! Just avoid the headache and never use this trash website.

Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. Took money from my account and did not ship anything. Had to contact my credit card company to recover money from these scammers. BEWARE

Beware ordering from this shop. "Customer service" is the biggest joke ever. I placed an order on the 31th of december. After I waited a couple of days, I wrote them and asked when I can expect shipping. They told me they'll ship my order within a week. I waited again... And waited. And waited. After two weeks I wrote them again and got the answer that they had so many orders during a bot attack or some bullsh*t and they have to make sure only legit orders get shipped. I waited again for one week and asked again. Then I got the message that they'll cancel and refund my order in two weeks. No excuse, nothing. For real? I already waited one month to get my order shipped and now they are telling me I'll get a refund in two weeks?? Don't think I ever had a more worse experience buying from a store than Dope Factory. Now I'm waiting since a month for the refund and didn't got a single cent back... Don't buy from them, you'll regret it!! EDIT: four month later I'm still waiting for the refund. Scam factory at its best. These dudes will steal your money 100%

Utterly horrible website, please find the most demeaning words for them. Held my orders for more than a month plus , emailed them every week for updates and all I got for their reply was being delayed , fine. I waited patiently to only finally receive an email from them that it's being cancelled due to bot attacks. If do, why don't you cancel the bots orders? Come on, it's easy to see one order ratio compared to multiple orders ratio. To make things worse , even refunding of the money can be delayed until, in total they held my funds for a whole 2 months. Well played. Guys are a bunch of disappointment, gave me hopes with every email only to crush them at the very end. Simply well played !

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
Don’t trust them, I bought an item in early December of 2018 and they told me it will shipped after Jan 6th. However I had to message them on Jan 17th to see when but they said they are refunding my money. They had my money for so long and didn’t even apologize or didn’t even give me promo or anything. The worst customer service and shoe store.

As another review states, I made my order on the 28th of December and have been waiting until now with no communication. When I emailed they told me that bots had attempted to attack their website, and that this is why my order has sat in limbo. It is 24 days later and I still haven't received a shipping notification, despite paying for shipping.

Dope Factory needs to be looked into, don't buy from them.

I placed an order on the 28th of December, after which I heard nothing from the Company about my order, so i emailed them a week later with my Order Number to get an update on my order to which they replied after many emails sent to say that they will be dispatching all orders soon as they were busy during this busy period, Okay fine, slightly understandable even though I paid roughly €15 for shipping, anyway 2 more weeks pass and I emailed them constantly and no replied from them at all, I even tried to get their store number from Google, the number for both stores was dead, they finally replied the beginning of the 4th week since I placed my order to tell me that my orders been Cancelled! Wow, To my amazing shock and utter disappointment they did absolutely nothing to rectify or resolve the situation or offer any goodwill either for their absolutely disgusting, 3rd class, unprofessional service, I would not recommend anyone to shop at this online web store as they are completely and utterly incompetent!

I order 20 days ago, and just go a shipment confirmation. But the second problem is I ask them to not send my order because they were too slow and I got my sneakers from an other store!!!! They confirm they will cancel my order and refund it, but they ship, how is it possible to act like this?

I've emailed them countless times about not receiving my refund for the returned items (that they confirmed had arrived at their warehouse.) Their answer ratio is probably around 1 out of 4 emails FYI. When they finally answered me back (in poor English) it was just for the sake of buying more time...
"is it sure that your credit card hasn't been refunded?"
"do you confirm that you haven't received it yet?"
"we proceeded your refund last week."
"by the way we will check to the bank why."
...then 4 weeks pass without hearing a single word. Clearly, I'm not going to see those €502.41 ever again... So please, take my advice and STAY AWAY!!

Amazing company, provided you don't require any returns or any assistance from Customer Service.
Returned goods which was fine, but was charged 56% of the value of the goods in import taxes to return the goods back to their country of origin in Italy. I realise that this is Customs and not Dope Factory's doing, but Dope Factory didn't seem to want to help or assist - nor were there any warnings on their website about the exorbitant cost to the customer for sending a return.
Ultimately, it's the Customer Service one receives when experiencing an issue that either keeps a customer for life or loses them forever. In Dope Factory's case, it was the latter.
After multiple attempts to get Dope Factory to assist in resolving, I was told "we send the goods on a DDU basis, that's why we are cheaper". Well a 56% impost to return selected high value goods doesn't make you cheaper, it makes you an outrageous rip-off!!
