The aftercare was really good and after nearly 1 hour 30 mins they found the issues and got it resolved.

Ordered 40 listed and advertised WAGO Connectors. Received cheap copies as not one of them had a WAGO logo on them! Had to return at my own expense with no apology. Disgraceful selling fake items that I have had to return at my expense!

I recently purchased a DVR security camera kit from Doris CCTV, and feel it’s a case of credit where credit is due.

These guys are competitive on pricing along with quality products, some times I think we all focus on price but if cctv is what you are looking for believe me there are so many factors and adjustments that come into play to set it up to your premises to avoid false alarms, set up with your phones etc and this is where their back up stands out from crowd or where your headache starts when you go elsewhere.

I learnt the hard way due to limited knowledge something as simple as changing a router threw out my system. I called the guys at Doris and this is where they really stand out nothing that was too much trouble they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and answer the phone and at a time when you would be in trouble trying to resolve things yourself with little idea of what you are doing they were there for me. Whether you are a retail customer or installer I genuinely wouldn’t look anywhere else

I had a problem because I am not the best with computers so made a phone call and the service that I received was brilliant. The gentleman that I spoke to was polite and made me feel that he had plenty of time to sort my problem out. Would recommend this business 100%.

Excellent pre and post sales service.
Technical support was excellent and thorough. Engineer configured my system fully including remote access REMOTELY. He was very patient indeed.

I've Just been on the phone to Tec at Doris cctv I spoken to a guy called Peter
who was very helpful and sorted everything out for me a a few min's with out rushing me

Ordered an 8 channel cctv system.
The massive box it all arrived in was a tad overkill, not packaged very well ether. Apart from some plastic air bags, some bits of old plastic hard drive trays and other disused items, they obviously didn't want to fill their own rubbish bins, lol. Nonetheless nearly everything was there apart from one incorrect item. I phoned to bring the matter to their attention and was told that the item in question would be sent out, next day delivery. Nearly a week after and several phone calls later was still waiting.
In this covid existence I realise that not everything happens straight away but after four or five phone calls to them, I expected better.
Eventually after 5 phone calls, one per day, the item, being a delicate power supply, was sent completely unprotected in a plastic bag, it looked like something you would throw in the bin, Micky Mouse or what. Whoever does their packing needs re-educating.
Their saving grace is that their Tech back-up was very helpful. I researched the inernet about why the Google App store will not download the Hikvision app. It appears that Hikvision is being treated the same as Huawei so you need to download the App straight from Hikvision-End user. After downloading the App I had trouble with the verification code and phoned Doris Tech Dept who came to my rescue. The code is 123456, Simple as that.The Tech department saved the day otherwise only 3 stars.

Have used Doris cctv on numerous occasions over the last few years.
As a business user i need the parcels to be there next day everytime i order.
Delivery is always on time and have happily recommended them to many other friends in the trade.
Top service, wouldnt go anywhere else.

Good grief , where do I start. Easy dont use there so called Hikvision ( Hilook ) which was actually Avtech that arrived . Poor quality last all but.two months , they said they tested it and it was fine ( in a warehouse , not the environment they were installed in ) . Out of hundreds of installs, using various suppliers, worst ever experience .
