NOT FREE RETURN
I ordered the mattress topper for visitors
Thi gs changed and the visitors didn't end up coming
I didn't open the package and tried to return it
This is where it all went wrong
They say you can return it but what they don't say is the cost of returning
£40
What the actual .......
I was advised that I could return it myself
The post office would have cost around £20ish
I ended going with Evri. But what a faf.
I don't have no printer so had to run around to find one

Octosmart Mattresses topper
Ordered an octosmart mattress topper. Spoke to a very polite knowledgeable man. Delivered in a short time. The topper is very comfortable, although not as cool as i hoped it would be. I have found it hot in the hot humid weather.

The mattress topper does not have anything to attach to the mattress so it’s constantly moving round the bed.

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed that the topper does not have straps or attachments to secure it to the mattress. The topper has been designed to be used without straps and should be placed directly on top of your mattress.
We recommend using a fitted sheet over both the mattress topper and the mattress, as this helps to keep the topper securely in place during use and can minimise movement while sleeping.
