My partner and I decided to give Dosaze a chance, and we are so happy we did! We originally ordered the standard size of the Contoured Orthopedic Pillow and were completely astonished at how amazing we slept. Naturally, we wanted to give the thick option (the 4" contour and 5.5" on sides) a try, but they did not work out for us as well as the standard size we already owned. I am happy to report that customer support got on it quick once I wrote them a mention. They were very gracious about my refusal of an exchange and promptly refunded me. 10/10 would order from them again.

They were amazing to deal with!!! the pillow I got was the wrong size for me and they helped me getting a new one. They were beyond helpful and loved working with them.

I purchased the pillows from Dosaze with some trepidation regarding the refund/return policy as I wanted to make sure the pillows would suit me before keeping them. I am pleased to report that the team at Dosaze responded promptly to my concerns that the pillows did not work for me and when I declined an exchange, a refund was provided promptly. Very much appreciated.

I tried their wedge pillow & it is well constructed & the cooling cover worked great. However I couldn't get comfortable & asked to return it.
It was a hassle free experience & I was offered the opportunity to donate it for a full refund rather than return it. Since I had only used it a few days I donated it to a local hospice & they were happy to receive it.

Unfortunately the pillow did not work for my partner’s needs. It was very comfortable but just did not work for her body to sleep at night. Araluna support was really great and got a full refund. Great customer service and great company. Would highly recommend.

Wanted a pillow to help with my neck problems, was a bit skeptical about that type of pillow. Was surprised with the quality and comfort of the pillow. Kept me cool which was fantastic. Great Pillow. A+

Great customer service! The best I've received in a long time. Pillows are nice.

First let me say that the product, the wedge pillow is carefully made and really beautiful. Bundling additional gift of the smaller pillow was a welcome surprise and much appreciated. I really tried to make it work for me, but evidently, because I am a side sleeper and do not sleep all night on my back, the pillows did not work out for me. Above all, your quick and generous response through your customer support team gave me great confidence to work with you again and to recommend your company to others. I am only sorry I could not absolutely use either pillow. Sincerely, So both the product and customer support are wonderful.

The refund was fine. The attitude was not.

I received an email from customer service that said, “Since you don't want to help the needy, please keep or gift the products.”

That is an incredibly inappropriate and condescending thing to say to a customer. I made a decision to return a product, and somehow that became an opportunity for the representative to make assumptions about my character and imply that I don't care about people in need.

There is nothing wrong with explaining a company's sustainability or donation policy. There is something wrong with guilt-tripping and judging customers for choosing to return something.
The full refund was eventually issued, but the tone of this interaction was completely unnecessary and left me with a very negative impression of the company. Train your customer service team to communicate professionally instead of making personal judgments about customers.

Absolutely incredible customer service. They reply quickly and their policies are both environmentally friendly, revolving around waste reduction, but also customer satisfaction centred. Literally so rare these days!!

Getting back to me almost immediately on return of the pillow. I like that you try to have the pillow reused. Not able to now, but in the future I may have the opportunity to give it to someone else to use.

Dosaze’s customer service is next-level, perhaps the best I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately, the pillows did not work for me, even after several weeks of trying them. I tend to switch sleeping positions frequently throughout the night, so I believe it was simply a matter of personal sleeping habits rather than an issue with the pillows themselves.

From ordering to the return process, however, my experience with Dosaze’s customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process.

This review has to do with the customer service. I had ordered 2 pillows and upon receipt realized they were too low for me being a side sleeper. Dosaze was quick to respond - offered an exchange and unfortunately I had already purchased another set. I was refunded and the whole process was seamless. I will recommend this company and do business with them in the future. The pillows felt wonderful - just not the right height . Thank you Dosaze

I recomend if you're over 6ft , think about the Thicker offering. Pillows are obviously of high quality.

Unfortunately I had to return the pillow as I couldn't get the Velcro to stay fastened when putting weight on the side of the pillow, meaning I was unable to doze off. I was skeptical about the return guarantee but the team were the most helpful and stayed true to their word, very easy too. If the velcro issue can be fixed then I would 100% purchase again as everything else about the pillow is great.

Unfortunately the pillow did not work out for me. But I have to say they have great customer service which makes me feel comfortable to make future purchases.

Experience was excellent, unfortunately the shape of the pillow just didn’t work for me. It was recommended by my SIL who loves hers. Ships fast and they had a BOGO sale. Return/ exchanges are easy with their 60 night guarantee, glad I tried it out to know for sure. Would recommend giving it a try if you’re in the market for a better cervical pillow or if you haven’t tried one yet.

I ordered a neck pillow from them. The pillow itself was very comfortable but was not a good fit for my neck pain personally. I actually returned my Pillow since it was not a good fit for me. I'm leaving this review based on the customer service alone. No hassle, got back to me within the same day, and issued a refund while giving me the option to donate my pillow to someone in need. Fantastic customer service!

Excellent responsive customer service. Company went above and beyond my expectations to address my needs. Would highly recommend.
