Everything was good.
Ordering simple online, arrived quickly, although packaging was over the top for two tiny bottles of eye drops, the parcel was as big as a shoe box!
Best of all, much cheaper than buying from a farmacia!

I would like to express my opinion on DOSFARMA and its online service.

1) I wrote to you a few days ago but after all this time they have not confirmed the receipt of the order. Needless to say, from this moment I consider it canceled by me. I know very well that they have enough staff to attend online. This shows disorganization, lack of coordination and lack of foresight, in addition to not caring about customer loyalty.

2) The prices of basic products and the URGENT need to protect themselves from this pandemic are abusive. Check out the price of the following items:
- Sterilium Antiseptic (475 ml) ....... € 15;
- Hydroalcoholic Gel (100 ml) ......... € 5, the basic format;
- Bossanto FFP2 Masks (20 U) .. € 55;
- Surgical masks without filter ... € 176;
As you can see there are basic products whose prices are prohibitive for the vast majority of the elderly and for many families and their members. As the saying goes: " 'it's good fishing in troubled waters". DOSFARMA is too opportunistic.

3) The prices of certain products appear strategically crossed out, just below the current price, making buyers believe that they can get certain items on offer or bargain that they should not miss. As I have been able to check, the crossed out prices are rigged and some others false. An example would be the current and previous price of Fagolitos Plus including 30 sachets. According to DOSFARMA, it previously cost €73.07 and now €49.63. The highest price is "inflated", since I have been taking this medicine for several months, and at least in the last year the price has not exceeded €55, including DOSFARMA, so I have chosen another online pharmacy. The promotion includes two boxes of the product for €90, that is, 60 sachets.

In conclusion, I am convinced that DOSFARMA on-line is taking advantage of others' needs to make a profit, acting as true usurers, as well as opportunists, taking advantage of the urgent need that is pressing on everyone, especially the financially weakest. By the way, have they made a donation to hospitals and / or to other health-related organisations. Many other pharmacies have.
All this makes me very sick and upset. Do you have any remedy against this? At what price, “dear” and “gentle” people of DOSFARMA? This is my opinion based on facts and data.
