Great for more technical CRM Managers

Highly capable platform, but key areas of the user interface could be improved.

During my time I've used Klaviyo, Hubspot, MailChimp and Netcore. Where Dotdigital stands out is the level of segmentation, personalisation and automation and the BEST chat support. Where it could improve is some more visual and customisable reporting. The interface is also not super user friendly for people new to the platform, but I know they are improving this in their next release!

In saying that, the absolute best part of working with Dotdigital has been working with our CSM Doreen. She has gone above and beyond to visit our team on the ground, and always guided us through new ways to maximise our email performance and the platform's capabilities.

Outstanding Support and Expertise from Chris

I’d like to share my positive experience working with Chris from the Dotdigital CS Team. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and demonstrated a strong depth of knowledge. Chris took the time to clearly explain things, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure everything was understood before moving forward.

His professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about delivering a great experience. Working with him was smooth and efficient, and I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone needing expert guidance and reliable support.

Terrible service and account managers…

Terrible service and account managers who aren't familiar with the system. They are adamant that training sessions need to be booked with account managers, so I cancelled the demo that I booked through their website to book one with my account manager who didn't know how to use the platform at all. He said he would organise a follow up call with someone else for me, but then several of the team are ignoring my calls and emails. This has been going on for 4 months and I can't cancel the contract.

Dotdigital's platform is top-notch, the product and the professionalism behind it really set them apart. On top of that, they've been an amazing partner. We've also collaborated on several events together and every one has been excellently run. Their partner dynamics are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely invest in the relationship. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

3 of our major retail brands using dotdigital!

We migrated one of our retail brands' CRM platform 2 years ago (and subsequently 2 more of of brands). The platform is really user-friendly with great tools that constantly get updated too.

Our account manager, Chris Ash, is really knowledgeable, agile and always accommodating, whether it be problem-solving or helping the team implement automations! He's an absolute pleasure to work with.

We've also really valued their webinars & masterclasses, and engaging with dotdigital's other clients.

Highly recommend Dotdigital

We’ve been using Dotdigital for the past two years, and the experience has been outstanding, largely thanks to our account manager, Chris Ash.

Chris has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and consistently goes above and beyond to support us. Whether it’s helping bring new ideas to life or taking the time to properly test and ensure everything is working as it should, he’s always thorough and reliable. His support has made a real difference in how confidently we’re able to use the platform.

The wider Dotdigital team has also been exceptional. Their customer service is consistently prompt and helpful when it comes to technical queries. We’ve always felt well-supported and encouraged to explore new ways to get more out of the platform.

Dotdigital also run regular webinars and masterclasses, which have been genuinely useful in helping us better utilise the platform and stay up to date with new features and best practices.

Overall, a fantastic experience!

The Best in Business!

I've worked with Dotdigital over the last 4 years and can say hands down they are a DREAM company to work with. Knowledgeable and truly always has there clients with the best intentions at heart. It's rare in this industry to not just constantly bombarded with company's to just sell to you, Dotdigital are solutions focused and are only suggesting what's a good fit for the business. There customer service is second to none, responsive and swift action is always consistent and its just an absolute joy to work with them.

don't bother to reply

I've been trying to get some prices of this company for over a week. I've filled the form in online 3 times and used the pointless chatbot on their website. No response at all. Seems they don't want any new business, should I look elsewhere?

They don't care about you or your business.

We’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but our recent experience has left us seriously questioning our relationship with this company.

We reached out to discuss upgrading our service and increasing our spend—something you’d expect any company to prioritise. Instead, we were met with vague email replies, no willingness to speak on the phone, and a general lack of urgency or care.

We asked for a call to clarify costs and present a clear case to our senior leadership team. The response? “I don’t have availability until next week.” No attempt to find a solution. No flexibility. Just a flat refusal to talk.

It genuinely felt like our business wasn’t valued at all.

In contrast, other providers we’ve spoken to have been far more responsive and proactive—keen to help and willing to make the effort.

It’s incredibly frustrating trying to support a platform internally when even getting basic information is a struggle.

Based on this experience, we’re actively exploring alternative providers who are more aligned with the level of service and support we expect.

Exceptional support - Thanks Chris!!

Working with Dotdigital was an outstanding experience. We had a unique use case that came with its own set of challenges, requiring creative workarounds and a flexible approach. Throughout it all, Chris Ash, our dedicated account manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible solutions in place.

An absolute joke of a business.

This company completely failed to deliver anything. Breached their contract multiple times. Not sure why there are any good reviews. Nothing ever worked. Their staff are complete liars. They heavy you with debt collectors. An absolute joke of a business.

B2B and B2C tested and confirmed

We've used DotDigital across a number of B2B and B2C businesses for several years and had fantastic results.
We had the fortune to be onboarded and managed by Jackson Capp from the DotDigital Australia team and never looked back.
The entire process from onboarding through to optimisation was managed with care and patience and the sales team always maintained contact and engagement during our journey.

Highly recommend!

Best Support Ever

The best thing about working with Dotdigital, by far, is the support. Our customer success manager, Alyssa, is an absolute joy to work with—always looking for proactive recommendations to improve our use of the platform, and helping us find solutions for whatever marketing challenges we may encounter. The NetSuite integration team has also been exceedingly helpful, going above and beyond to help us perfect our integration. Our team can come to DD with any problem or concern and know that it will be handly promptly and with professionalism!
