Won £500 5 days ago the card i won with has been verified have contacted support on numerous occassions with no information what so ever will be seeking legal action on this matter.

They closed my account saying i breached their conditions they asked for id and proof of my bank card sent both in and this is what happens pack of rats they have banned me from across all their sister sites for nothing

Joined this site a few days ago, deposited, played a bit, nothing large, no big wins or losses. Tried to withdraw some of my cash and was told my accounts, right across the board, all six GAMESYS sites had been suspended my accounts and they will kepp all my deposits and winnings.

Reason being, I was asked to verify, I queried what needed to be done to verify, queried the reason for the ridiculous standing at my front door with a piece of paper with that days date on as being way OTT.

I got addicted to this site for 2 years now. I have tried to delete my account but they won’t let you do it. You can press “the delete account “ and that’s was it, they will just put you round the circle. I have lost £700 last month and almost £600 this month. I won £30 there and then but I realised it’s only to tickle you to wanting you to play more. I will not recommend to play all the games on this site.

Attempted to withdraw winnings, which caused them to close my account and essentially seize (steal) the funds.

They claim that my account needs to be verified in order to make a withdrawal (funny that it didn't need to be verified in order for me to deposit!), but the evidence they require for verification is ludicrous. I'm not going to stand outside my property trying to take photos that'll capture my face, property, door number, and various pieces of ID! I feel that they are deliberately requesting something that is entirely unreasonable and that they know that no one is going to do, which then gives them the "right" to steal deposited funds and winnings.

This and Virgin games both awful awful awful avoid at all cost you can go a straight £100 with 0 bonuses! Completely scamming people. Avoid avoid avoid I should have checked trust pilot reviews first

Stupid verification process.
I've sent pictures of my passport, me holding the passport with the date outside my property which they asked for. Then picture of me holding my bank card plus a separate picture of my bank card then another 2 pictures of proof of address and this still isn't good enough. Now they need a picture of me holding proof of my address with todays date outside my property showing my door number. I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life! Next they will be asking for my DNA.

I’ve been using this site for years and it used to be really good. It was my favourite site but now all of a sudden it seems to have changed and it just constantly eats my money no matter which slot I play on the website. I won £2000 yet when o tried to withdraw it wouldn’t let me. I then got logged out and was told my funds had been withdrawn to a different account.
