Worst site I've ever played on deposited over £1500 and barely any feature and minimal returns. If you want to waste money this is the site for you. Pure greed from company and I've played with a few but this is the worst. Deleted my account.

I signed up to this site and when I tried to withdraw some money, it went ok with no warnings but following day I was told that it didn't go through, then my account was locked and I have been told to unlock it I need to send a picture of me holding my passport and a piece of paper with todays date on and also the debit card I used.

Disappointed I put thousands on this and the sister site jackpot joy and in both cases I worked my way up to being a plus member if I got any spins on the free games I was given 1.50 a spin then it dropped to. 75 now. 30 and no plus games although I am spending as much money. I am not complaining about winning its gambling and you take your chances but to work your way up to a few treats and then have them taken away is not fair. But over the last year the bonuses on slots are awful now you lucky to get £10 off the bonus. If I could I would rate minus (-) 100 and more if I could. It was OK 2 years ago. This is not a bad gaming site, I have found the online chat admins to be very pleasant and engaging, and I have also found their online customer service to be professional and courteous. The advantages are that you get loyalty points for winnings, and when you withdraw they pay quickly, no quibble. I gave up doing the promos because I never win anything on them and the free daily and monthly plays aren't worth doing to be honest. You are lucky to get a few spins for your trouble. I barely play or deposit at all now, I do like the responsible gaming tools they have in place. The community is very friendly and chatty and its a social place to be whilst you gamble.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I’m a regular player and tonight lost over £200 on one game! I didn’t hit a single bonus feature. On other sites you hit bonus features way before you’ve wagered £100… I know, I’ve done it many times. I played this site religiously when it was Heart and won good money. Sets it own limits when they feel like it, overiding whatever you have set for yourself. On contacting them about this your faced with a multitude of questions, how do you fund your account, and where do you get your money from to play? this is in my opinion totally unacceptable!
