Thankyou for your review, we do appreciate all feedback good and bad as we feel it helps us grow and develop as a company.
I have looked into your order for you and I can see this was placed on Monday night to be processed on Tuesday morning. The lead time on these fittings is usually 2-3 working days to yourself but I can see it took 3 days into us due to an issue with the order at the manufacturers end and was then sent out on a next day service and signed for by yourself on Tuesday.
I apologise for the delay you have experienced here, and can only hope it didn't hold the job up. If you have any further orders with ourselves, please drop me an email and I will see what I can do in the way of a discount for you.
