Great product, disappointing customer service
The pull cord switch itself is excellent – good quality, looks great, and works exactly as expected. I’m very happy with the product.
However, the customer service was disappointing. I emailed with a simple question about the product and never received a reply. No acknowledgement or response at all.
It’s a shame because the product is good, but the lack of communication lets the service down. Improving email responses would make a big difference.

Elevates my room!
Absolutely LOVE my black low-rise frosted mini bubble chandelier. It totally elvates up my living room and I can’t stop popping in to admire it! I didn’t quite appreciate there is only one bulb light (the bottom one) and the other baubles are just decorative, although they do reflect a lovely glow. Maybe this could be clearer on the website, as it is hard to understand first time how these bubble lights work. Love it though, and will buy more in the future I am sure.

Great products but not so easy
Great products but not so easy to install sockets and switches with metal clip covers if the wall is not even. Metal covers fall off easily and the work around is to adjust the clips or drill through the cover and screw it on so it stays permanently on the plastic housing.

Tip from an electrician
As an electrician who has fitted Dowsing and Reynolds products for many years now i’m almost at the point of refusing to fit any more.
The plastic yoke/frame is a flawed design, and as others noted the slightest bit of pressure will deform it in a way that the face plate will not stay on.
This issue is particularly bad with the two gang switches.
As a result I have to spend three times the amount of time dressing cables, and I pass this cost on to my customers.
Two year warranty and so say brilliant customer services aside, this is a flawed design.
Personally, I would pay more for a better product, you’ll save money on installation and you won’t be clipping the face plates back on for the next 5 years.

Poor customer service
On receiving my item, I emailed the company as there was an issue with what had been sent. I chased, and I chased but never received a response. In the end I gave up and returned the items for a full refund. Not the customer experience I was expecting as the items are not cheap!!

Great handles, considerately packed
Order was promptly sent, and the handles I ordered were all well wrapped to prevent them scratching/marking each other in transit. Also happy with the handles themselves, they really upgrade the look and feel of the furniture. Will definitely order from them again!
