Terrible service! The extra insurance is a real scam!!!! Never never again ! You pay extra for an insurance and afterwards they accuse you that we didnt lock our bike and that is our OWN fault that out Mike was stolen. The policy confirmed that it is really a big problem at the coast side of Valencia. Unbelievable that they accused us in a very agressive and unpolite way.
Wanted to buy a bike today in the Valencia store, but they won't let you test the bikes before you buy one. I wanted to buy a bike more or less worth 900€, or even alternatively an e-Bike for 1,500E, but they expect you to buy the cat in the sack. I don't need to go to a shop when I cannot test the product before I buy it. If I can't test-drive it I can buy the same bike online, probably even cheaper on the web. They have absolutely no interest in you as a possible future customer. ¡Very bad service! I will seek a real professional bicycle shop in Valencia or buy a bike online. This shop doesn't need to even open! If they put all their bikes in the window it is the same since they do not allow you to check out their bikes. Don't waste your time going there, because if you can't check out the bikes, you could rather just compare prices of online bike shops, and don't need to go to their shops and being told that you cannot check out the bikes! I mean, how ridiculous is that ?!? It's like going to the car dealer, and being told that you must buy the brand new car without a test drive. I mean seriously! DoYouBike.com, you cannot be serious! It's ridiculous!
