Debbie did a fantastic job of handling sale and purchase whilst keeping us fully informed throughout the process. Sale of our house was proceeding well until quite late in the process where it became clear there were issues around the failure of original developer to discharge some planning conditions + our buyers solicitor being difficult. Debbie navigated through this and her skill and experience really paid off. Always answered questions promptly by email or phone, and explained things very clearly. Always felt our job was treated as a priority. I would certainly strongly recommend Debbie and would have no hesitation to hire her services again.

Very efficient service, tbe track service is great to monitor progress.
