Don’t use this company!!!
They come to you only to get your money not to fix your problem.
On my car DPF light came on and I called them they come few days later.
Clear fault and clean my DPF filter and give me 6 months warranty.
Next day after 25-30 miles DPF light came on again.
I have tried to contact them next three days until they answer, come to check run a test and told me that nothing wrong with DPF filter and now EGR valve is stack and need to replace it so they will check the price and will get back to me in couple of hours. This never happens!!!
I tried to call them back but they didn’t answer. I still wait for them to get back to me!!!
In the meantime I have found a different mechanic and hi fixed my issue very quickly with out replacing or touching EGR valve or DPF filter just run a simple DPF regeneration process!!!

HAD DPF SOS COME OUT THE OTHER WEEK FOR DPF CLEAN. HE SPENT ABOUT 1/2 HOUR RUNNING HIS TESTS AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS THE HEAT SENSOR SO I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD WHICH HE WANTED £75 FOR THE THAT VISIT WHICH I FIND STRANGE AS YOU NORMALLY PAY ONCE THE REPAIR IS COMPLETE, HE SAID HE WILL CALL LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WITH A DATE FOR THE REPAIR,NO CALL SO ICALLED THE NEXT DAY AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL BACK IN 1/2 HOUR NO CALL THAT DAY ! AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALLED AGAIN WAS TOLD CALL YOU BACK IN 1/2 HOUR ANG GUESS WAHT ? NO CALL BACK. HE JUST WANTS THAT £75 INITIAL FEE THEN OFF TO THE NEXT WITH NO INTENTION OF FIXING THE PROBLEM, I LOOKED AT THE SENSOR A SEE THE CABLE WAS DAMAGED SO I REPLACE TRHE SENSOR MYSELF, I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I wrote a review in Sept 2023 of a terrible experience I had in July 2023 with these guys and they responded to the review on 31st Dec with lies. They claimed my mechanic worked on the car after they did which is absolutely a lie. They did a bad and incomplete job, they were called and booked for another time but never showed up, they didn't pick calls, didn't reply to messages but blocked my number. I called them with another number, they picked and still repeated the same thing done to my original line. My Mrs also called them severally but they did the same thing. Don't use this people, you will regret it!
