10 days delivery time and damaged goods, no answers to complain or request to return

They advertise with ‘send in 24 hours’, but because it is shipped from Sweden it took 10 days to arrive. The entire website was in perfect Dutch, so it felt a bit misleading when you think you are ordering from a Dutch company.

When I finally had the package it was badly damaged, probably due to transport. I have been trying to contact the company, send emails, filled out their online return form and even calling the store in Sweden but no replies. Very strange and to be honest, I would have never ordered via this site if I had known it would be this complicated..

Shipment delayed due to delivery…

Shipment delayed due to delivery problems even though I specified flex delivery. Package not placed protected according to agreement when finally delivered.
Instructions to assembly very poor quality. No predefined holes to attach screws.

I ordered a desk from DPJ workspace

Edit: after contacting costumer services and providing foto's of the damaged top, DPJ send a new one. Thank you for the suitable solution.

I ordered a desk from DPJ workspace for my home office. The frame itself is sturdy and quite easy to assemble. It would have helped if the screw bags were marked though. Now I lost a lot of time figuring out which screws were the 16mm ones et cetra. The top of the desk I am less pleased with. It was damaged on arrival on both sides despite carefull packaging. I therefore suspect the damage happend in the factory already. I am considering making another top with the help of the hardware store, though that would mean wasted money so it is not ideal. Finally I was also not a fan of the chosen courier as other reviewers already pointed out. Their bad service is not directly the responsibility of DPJ Workspace though so I will just advice to consider another courier.

Good experience with DPJ

It was very simple to order online from the website, with clear information, which is always helpful for the customer. I received my order quite fast, with updates as to its delivery schedule.

A lot went wrong

No notification from delivery company on when the desk would arrive. Desk was delivered on a pallet and left at reception. I now have a pallet I need to dispose of.

Incorrect assembly instructions provided which meant the desk took significantly longer to assemble than it should have.

The courier tracking link provided only went as far as telling me that the package had arrived in the Netherlands, it did not give me any delivery dates or email notifications/sms as to the exact delivery date/time window.

It's sadly too late for videos or checking the instructions, I've assembled the desk

When we send out the goods, you automatically receive a tracking link to follow up your delivery.
More over, the transporter delivers only on working hours, so that you, as a business customer, can receive it.

I paid for a desk table and although…

I paid for a desk table and although the money was deducted right away from my account, I haven’t received any type of confirmation/communication. I wrote them (only option since no contact phone available) and still haven’t received a reply.

I am very worried !!
