This is an ultimate Colorado Outdoors…

This is an ultimate Colorado Outdoors experience that I highly recommend for your yoga practice. I have taken several of Christine's yoga classes, and each time is a fresh experience. She teaches at multiple lakes (Monument is my favorite) and also at Pikes Peak Athletics center's indoor pool (throughout all seasons). She amazes me with her ability to multi-task beyond the average yoga instructor (leading a yoga class, ensuring water safety, observant of the environment risk (weather, etc) and taking class photos during the sessions). This experience far-outweighs taking any studio class as it challenges in-depth core strength and balance and yet she teaches to accommodate all levels of practice.
