Good ordering experience with DrankDozijn, purchasing and delivery information is clear and deliver on time.
Compared to other webshop (Lyko) it's a much better purchasing experience.

I ordered a bottle of Bowmore 15 (1L) and recieved a bottle of champagne. Needless to say I'm pissed!

The only website I use to buy alcohol in the Netherlands. Great stock, quick deliveries and amazing customer service. One time I forgot to add an item to the delivery, and did not want to pay extra delivery for one more bottle, and a quick 5 minute call fixed it all. Highly recommended!

Order all my alcohol from this website. Great discounts with next-day delivery. I find the deals better than Gall & Gall, especially for Single Malts.

An order that i placed yesterday was delivered within 24 hours this evening. Yesterday late evening I received a message from Drank Dozijn to say that my order had been dispatched. This morning I had an email from the delivery agent to inform me of the expected time of delivery.
I would have given this a 5 star rating, except that my order for 3 bottles of whiskey was delivered in a box that could have held 12. The wasteful use of packaging should be critically reviewed by Drank Dozijn and suitable action taken. Focus on sustainability please.

Addendum,finally received a refund from Paypal 8-22 of course no reply or the promised "communication" from customer service regarding whatever happened to my package or an apology for their appalling customer service! Just for giggles I logged in to see if they really closed my acct,of course they didn't but they did remove the option to pay via Paypal for me!!! LOL most petty unprofessional business ever!! Worst online customer service ever.When Hermes doesn't deliver they just say to wait until they get a resolution and don't even bother sending a replacement.So I should wait weeks for an online delivery that's already a week late because they are too cheap to send out a replacement.Do they actually wait to get reimbursed by the shipper before they are willing to make good with their customer?? Unheard of in this day and age.

Addendum per their response.They still haven't refunded my money or told me where my package is 2.5 weeks later.Order was placed 7-31.They also stated they will close my account with them because I filed a Paypal claim!!!... After they get around to refunding my money which they intend to drag out to the last day using Paypal because ...I don't know,they just seem to put a lot of vindictive effort into not wanting to fix this.If it was my company I would've just sent me a new box and an apology for the delay as neither they or the shipping companies can track it or even give any kind of answer what happened to it.So in essence they are willing to lose a 3 year customer and generate ill will for what maybe 30 euros profit? Highly unprofessional.And as someone who has been spending upwards of 10k a year online,this is hands down the WORST vindictive customer service I've ever run across.BUYER BEWARE!

The experience was good, although the package was delivered a bit late, it was delivered with excellent packaging. I would say that if you are not very particular about on the dot timing for the delivery of your order, then its a good platform, plus the prices here are way less than Gall & Gall.

After a first parcel that was never delivered, Drankdozijn did sent me a second one but it now looks to follow the same bad track than the first.
I don't know if it is on POSTNL side or Drankdozijn but it looks evident that it is not a reliable provider.
Today my new parcel was supposed to be delivered til 17h30 but nothing arrived. After 17:30 POSTNL rescheduled to 22:00 but they know very that there will be nobody at the reception at that time. The trick is on POSTNL side to postpone the delivery till there is nobody and the they say it was delivered and they sign themselve the tracking.

I got a giftcard from my boss, after forced to buy several other giftcards I ended up at Drankdozijn. Then...the transaction failed because it was not possible to check my balance. After several retries it was stated that my card was already spent while the bottle was still in the basket. End of story. I get the suspicion that giftcards is a good profit source, especially if you don't deliver anything. I give up.

Recent promotion “spend €200 on highland park whiskey and get a free apron” nice promotion but the aprons are out of stock.. So the promotion ends and the aprons are magically back in stock. Not impressed

Delivery service was very frustrating. I've spent too much time and additional funds in order to collect the package.

And I was 'compensated' with a gift voucher, that's equal the delivery costs.

It wasn't my first purchase at drankdozijn, but surely will be my last.
