I’m the problem with this economy. Been buying cheap, mass-produced things like £30 Next slippers for years. Great for a week, increasingly flat, filthy and compressed for months until something splits, unravels or corrodes so much it falls off. Finally educated myself and now try to buy British, handmade and locally-focused goods. Finally grown up and realised that £90 for generations of carefully handed-down skill and love and dedication, and the sensation of putting my feet in these works of art every single day of my life is a total, worthy and absolute bargain.

Lovely shoes took the advice and ordered shoes a size bigger they are a perfect fit and very comfortable nice soft leather delivery as stated

the slippers I ordered was size 8 which I have worn for 70 years but the slipper delivered although stated as size 8 were an 8 on the out side but seven on the inside . The immpoe rtant item with shioes is the foot and not the covering aND SLIPPERS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THAT IN MIND!!

I ordered some sheepskin gloves online, and my order was posted immediately and arrived a day earlier than expected. The gloves themselves are well made and a nice snug fit, which the company says will adapt to the shape of my hands over time. The size guide on the website does seem to be both accurate and helpful.

I have been buying Draper's Anton style slippers since I first noticed some (wrong size) o sale in an Oxfod Street store in the 1990s. I am on to my fourth pai 30 years on and love the sensation of slipping my foot inside the thick wool lining and on the firm heal of a new pair. These are exceptioinal slippers, a real luxury but one that has not gone up in price as much as many other things.

How can you work whith such an unreliable partner like UPS together? They sent me an mail, telling that the delivery will take place on last Friday, between 8:00 and 13:00 - in fact they never showed up. This is not the firste time that stuff like this happened with this company.

I have always purchased Draper slippers and I love them. Excellent service always.

I was very upset a few years ago when the slippers I bought for my mother on her brithday were stolen in the hospital where she was being treated for a stroke. She had not even worn them at the time.

Purchased a pair of tweed slippers in Dec 2021, in July 23 noticed the fabric was fraying and contacted Draper who provided a replacement pair. Now only 8 months later they replacements are similarly failing. Having contacted Draper again, they state as their product is out of the laughable 3 month warranty and that they have decided that I have a medical problem with the way that I walk, they are unwilling to assist. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be of reasonable quality, which I consider 8 months, not to be reasonable. A premium price to support a UK business, but not a premium experience for myself.
