Stay away and do not order! Such a scam site. Item images and description are very misleading and they send cheap acrylic prints of the clothing pictured. Trying to get a full refund but they are being difficult and asking for photos of the items.

It was so easy

Worse than a lot of reviews make it seem. Items in online catalogue look great. What you receive is cheaply printed polyester version not at all worth the amount they charge. Unable to get refund. I threw it out minutes after opening, goodbye 70.00. I’d be embarrassed to wear it…or even donate it to goodwill. Trash. Because they are not in the US you can’t report them for fraud, but I would if I could.

Item not as pictured quality and print is poor .
They suggest top quality clothing on there website and I believe using ai images .
I did request a refund 2 hours after ordering as daughter suggested website dodgy.
I recieved email back saying I couldn’t have refund because you have to cancel within 24 hours .
I didn’t intend to take reciept of item but I was out today and daughter intercepted.
Well what a waste of money , not responding to my emails regarding goods not as described.
I am now disputing transaction with banks as goods not as described .
Save your money!

Non acquistate da questa azienda a meno che non vogliate felpe garzate cinesi.
Si presentano come un'azienda nordica con maglioni caldi, quasi delle giacche da indossare all'aperto e arrivano delle felpe poco più che garzate, appena indossabili in primavera, e soprattutto stampate neppure bene.
Inoltre il prezzo pagato è per dei maglioni, non per delle felpe.

Don't buy from this company unless you want Chinese gauze sweatshirts.
They present themselves as a Nordic company with warm sweaters, almost like jackets to wear outdoors, and they arrive with sweatshirts that are little more than gauze, barely wearable in spring, and above all, not even well printed.
Also the price paid is for sweaters, not sweatshirts.

Misleading product and extremely poor customer service.

The item I received was nothing like what was advertised on the website. The images and descriptions suggest a high-quality cloak, but what arrived was essentially a basic print on cheap clothing, with nowhere near the craftsmanship or material shown in the photos.

To make matters worse, customer service has been non-existent. I have contacted them multiple times requesting a returns address, and nobody has responded. Weeks later, I’m still unable to return an item that is clearly not as described.

This feels incredibly misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious — the website presentation does not reflect the actual quality of the product, and getting support afterwards is extremely difficult.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I like the design, but I have a lot of trouble getting the right size if you’re fighting is not the same throughout all your products.

Ordered for Xmas. Still no parcel .emailed twice still reply. Managed to go through PayPal to see if i can get money back
BEWARE SCAM COMPANY

They have a fantabulous range of products. I have never, ever found a place that is so me. It's easy to navigate the site. The only problem that I found was what to choose :)

This is a scam company stay well away ...the item I ordered and paid for is nothing like what was advertised. Don't even bother mailing them as they have no return system and only give you lies. This is typical of china of old ...tell lies ,steal your money...I have no idea why FB alow them to advertise on the platform....as I said stay away do not buy anything from them

Do not buy from DRAVOKS. The clothing is not as the quality they have advertised and totally over priced for what you get. We have even recieved different items from what we have ordered and the items took very long to reach us. They items they advertise is wool, the items recieved are printed cheap material with hoodies. Very dissapointed.

If could give no stars, I would. The product they sent me would be too undesirable for a thrift store. The product I ordered was completely different than the product I received. I ordered what I thought was a heavy knitted sweater for my wife at Christmas, but what I got was a cheap crap sweatshirt with printed design on it. I wouldn't have given $3 for it at a flea market.
Customer service is non existent as well. I kissed that $70 goodbye!

I ordered what looked like one of your coats from temu. Temu is using the pictures from your website to sell , I don't even want to call them knock offs, complete garbage. They took the picture of the coat on your website and then printed that onto a white flat fabric and made a hoodie out of it. They look like trash when I receive them. So I used Google lens to find your site and ordered two coats.

Update: so I ordered two coats package arrived torn tape shut with stamps on it from the post office that they received it damaged and unsealed. Inside was only one coat but it doesn't match what was depicted on the website when I ordered. definitely better quality than temu, however when what you're depicting looks like it's a knitted wool coat and what you get is a heavyweight printed fabric clearly false advertising. My contacted customer support to ask if both of my items were supposed to be in that package if they were we'll see how they deal with that. I will make another update to my review after I hear back from them.

The product arrived not at all suitable for what I chose. I am dissatisfied and do not recommend this site to anyone. If I could, I would give a rating of -. There is no limit to my dissatisfaction!

Have not received anything yet. I hope they are of good quality. I like the style.

I paid $80 for what was supposed to be a fur coat and instead got a cheep velour hoodie not worth nowhere near the $80 I paid for it very disappointing experience and I will never shop with them again.
