Perfect from start to finish
Perfect from start to finish. The service in store was great- very helpful and informative but not at all pushy. We had a good choice of beds and mattresses and availability of stock and delivery slots meant we could get our choice quickly. Communication about delivery was excellent and the delivery team were friendly and professional. We are very happy we chose Dreams.

Therapy ActiGel Glacier Motion 3600 k Mattress
I bought a therapur actively glacier motion 3600 k mattress in March 2023.
Mattress was OK for a while,apart from the cooling gel not cooling at all,if you lie in one position for a period of time it gets uncomfortably hot,now I'm not getting a restful sleep the mattress has gone lumpy,the top of the mattress is bunching up,the mattress cover we were given two of the straps snapped ,I'm waking up (when I can sleep)with horrible backache, for such an expensive item I'm thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed, would recommend NOT BUYINGthis mattress

Excellent service
Excellent service. Bought a therapur mattress from dreams at Ashton under lyne. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. We paid for delivery to our room. The delivery guys were lovely. They rang me on the day and gave me a time. They were so respectful of my property and gave me information on how to care for my mattress. Would definitely recommend. Had my first nights sleep on my new mattress and so far so good

2nd mattress damage by delivery driver who blamed me ! He put a hole in it and then left the mattress off the bed(super king) now bending upright and also wiped dog poo in my garden off his boots

I recently visited Dreams…
I recently visited Dreams (Ashton-Snipe) to purchase a single bed, and I cannot express enough how fantastic our experience was, thanks to Kate. From the moment my partner and I walked into the store, Kate made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warmth and friendliness immediately put us at ease, especially as I often feel anxious in new environments due to my mental health.
Kate was not only knowledgeable and professional but also exceptionally attentive to our needs. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through the options with patience and expertise. Her genuine care shone through in every interaction, and she even offered us a drink, which added a lovely personal touch.
Thanks to Kate, what could have been a stressful experience turned into an enjoyable one. She made sure we found the perfect bed, and we left the store feeling confident and happy with our purchase. Everything went exceptionally well
Everything went exceptionally well, from purchase, to delivery, to removal of my old mattress, for recycling.
