Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. We were greeted on the way in and offered a drink then taken to the bed machine to choose our type of mattress. We then tried several until we hit on the one we wanted and this was swiftly ordered and we were informed of delivery date and what we should do to prepare.

Excellent service
From setting foot in the store being greeted by a member of staff, we were made to feel valued and important. The staff member went through all the options open to us and gave us excellent recommendations. We purchased a new mattress, it was, I must say, slightly cheaper online, but purchased with them solely on quality of service

Staff were polite and knowledgable on the products ,I had to have a split delivery but that was Because the bed frames were on back order from the manufacturer .

Recently purchased a bed
Recently purchased a bed, headboard and mattress from my local stores in Tameside Gtr Manchester. Salesman, Joe, was very helpful and extremely helpful. he assisted my selection of a bed, which turned out to be on special offer. We selected a very comfortable mattress to match it. Bed was delivered and assembled quickly by polite and friendly staff. Looking forward to many comfortable sleeps !!

My experience on shopping from Dreams is really joyful.
Throughout the steps to search items from website, try in shop, delivery and post customer service are highly satisfactory.
I post this review after the beds and mattresses had been using for a few months, the items are in very good condition as brand new.

Good selection of beds and mattresses. A very helpful young man guided us through the different styles and types of both.
He made sure that we had the best time for delivery and that our old bed and mattress would be taken away. A good experience.
