Friendly and helpful service in the…
Friendly and helpful service in the shop (Banbury) and the delivery went well. We were kept informed and the two young delivery men were polite, courteous and efficient.
Very pleased with the bed and Tempur mattresses, 25cm deep. However, we are struggling to find sheets that fit properly and don't slide all over the place overnight.

Excellent service
Tejal, the sales-lady I dealt with in the shop was very knowledgeable, and personable. As part of the deal I was to get an anti-allergy mat, and a bed cover as psrt of the promotion, neither of which were delivered.
To be honest I had forgotten about these items, and it's not until I came to do this that I checked the invoice.
The delivery chaps were both polite and courteous. No complaints at all.
