Helpful and friendly staff

Mattress felt very comfortable but we had some misgivings about the Memory foam topper because of a previous memory foam mattress from a long time ago, the sales lady assured us the Memory foam technology has moved on and they don’t make you hot anymore, unfortunately that has not been the case and We are finding the Mattress very hot. After contacting Dreams they agreed to change my mattress and the one we chose has proved much cooler and very comfortable Dreams customer service were very helpful and got it sorted out quickly a big thank you

Great quality medium firm mattress. Good for side sleeper. Also purchased a temper cool touch pillow, which is not too hard but very supportive. Staff in store very helpful. Placed order in store. Delivery earlier than quoted. Arrived at the time stated. Friendly & professional delivery staff. Very pleased. Recommend

Excellent store with a wide range of quality mattresses and pillows at very competitive prices.
Importantly, the staff (called Tahira 1 & Tahira 2) were both excellent – very friendly, genuine, understanding, extremely knowledgeable and refreshingly customer-oriented.
Tahira 2 (a recent recruit to the sales team) was particularly impressive in the way she listened to our needs and recommended a selection of suitable mattresses.
As a team, both Tahiras quided us to an excellent mattress and set of pillows. They couln’t have been more helpful. We thank them for their time and consideration.
In sum, a great retail experience. Tahira 1 & Tahira 2 are outstanding ambassadors for Dreams *****(*) !

Dear Sirs, on the 10th February my wife and I visited your showroom and received a very professional sale promotion which lead to us ordering a Masters Guild 6950 D Mattress.
On the 20th March, on agreed time our mattress was correctly delivered and all delivery terms correctly completed.
My only complaint was that also on the 20th March my wife died at approximately 5.00 pm at Gloucester Hospital. If only your delivery times were shorter she may have had the opportunity to enjoy the new mattress for a little time. We had no idea when we ordered what was to come.

Excellent customer service from Aggi and the other lady in store( sorry forgot her name).
Bed is spacious and comfortable. Easy to assemble .The mattress ( Rainbow) is very comfortable and great for our preferences.

The whole experience of Dreams was excellent.
You cannot go wrong if you have Tejal from the Banbury store as your adviser.

Don’t purchase the added insurance. We purchased a mattress at Dreams Banbury and was sold insurance on the promise that our mattress will be replaced if we experience any discomfort such as back pain and change in the mattress shape. This was a lie and an oily skinned sales tactic as, after complaints of waking up with back pain and compromised sleep quality, the insurance company declined our claim on the basis of a measurement using a piece of string and a standardised chart. Trust is lost and we won’t buy any product from Dreams going forward.
