Assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable

Walked in was asked if need any help feel free to ask then left us alone to have a look didn't feel pressured,
We went in looking for a TV bed but as room we wanted to put in small we had to make sure measurements etc,
Sam came over asked if we're ok and offered to hold tape measure and help work out sizes etc then gave us drinks etc and said no rush but if wanted she could check on pc about measurements and prices with different matresses so would fall into our budget
She then explained the smaller bed could be upgraded to the bigger TV so didn't need the bigger bed to still have the lux.
Waiting for arrival but would recommend

Barnstaple branch - spot on!! All the options clearly explained, available to ask questions of but no "hard sell" techniques. When you're spending a lot of money that level of support, knowledge and guidance is rare now days! Particularly well done Kay, you know your stuff! Thank you.

Having bought from Dreams before and been happy with the service I decided to go back and see what offers were on over the bank holiday period. I was looking for a 4ft gaslift storage bed with mattress. There is a more limited choice for this size so I asked the sales consultant to show me some beds that were within my budget. Sophie the sales consultant was brilliant, I tried the bed to see what suited me as a side sleeper. I was soon able to purchase both bed frame, headboard and mattress within my budget. Sophie explained everything very well. I will definitely return when I need to replace another bed.

Excellent bed, lovely and comfortable, sales staff in shop were so helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was very efficient,delivery men were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Dreams beds.

I would recommend Dreams to anyone who is looking for a new mattress. All of their staff were really friendly and helpful. From the two ladies at my local store in Barnstaple, to the two delivery drivers. Great customer service and quality products.

There is still a little room for improvement, but I was generally satisfied with my visit and would be happy to recommend the store.

Lovely Kay in Barnstaple set us up on the Sleep Match, made us a cup of tea and armed us with pillows to try the best matches….all were comfortable and once we chose there was a delivery date available just a few days later.

Very happy with my new Brookfield mattress.
Its really confortable and feels warm to sleep on.
Because of the wool in the mattress this would suit anyone who likes a bed to be warm, unlike the memory foam mattresses which always feel a bit cold to me. I purchased this one without trying because one was not available in shop but I am extremely pleased with it.
