The girl that helped us to choose the bed was very helpful and professional, she was also patient and did not rush us. She talked us through what bed that would be suitable for my mum (and she was right). I also loved her friendly approach to my mother who is a pensioner she did not talk down to her because of her age, and gave great customer care and service which you don't find these days.
I would definitely go and buy my own bed from Dreams when the time comes purely based on on the great customer service she gave me and my mother.
