Delivered on time comfy to sleep on

Really good store and excellent staff in Blackburn especially solly who dealt with us very helpful and knowledgeable. We tried out the sleep machine which suggests the correct type of tempur mattress and solly helped us with our choice of mattress and pillows as we already knew which bed to purchase and matching bed side cabinets and bedding box. We waited around 6 weeks was worth the wait our sleep motion bed and tempur sensation mattress is so comfortable. The delivery guys were superb and polite and assembled our sleep motion bed. Would highly recommend going to dreams. We ordered end of January and received 3rd March. We returned on 1st April to order a TV bed, mattress and bed side cabinet for spare room and dealt with solly again as he is very helpful and goes that extra mile also got quilt and pillows, but all the staff are very helpful.

Really friendly service , no one was pushing me for a sale and that is a big plus for me , I would recommend to my friends.

The whole experience of shopping for a new mattress was enjoyable. Walking in and realising, there are a lot of choices, how am I going to choose. To walking out laughing, knowing I have purchased the right mattress. The patience, no pressure, try as many beds as you like, I'll answer all your questions, approach from the salesperson. Really helped focus my thoughts on what comfort and price range I was looking for.

My bed is absolutely wonderful.

The assistant at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. We used the test machine to see what type of mattress was best for us. We were then given various options to look at. There was no "pushy" sales talk which enabled us to make an informed choice. We are very happy with our purchase.

Never thought we’d ever be able to afford a Tempur mattress and the sleepmotion bed is amazing!! The delivery guys Michael and Charlton were great too. Lovely guys got on with it, were careful carrying it all upstairs and assembled it very quickly. Great experience from start to finish!

Excellent customer service and very fast delivery! The workers at the Blackburn store was so helpful so would recommend to go there! Lots of choices and beds to try out too!! The bed itself I purchased is very comfortable and durable! I would say it is a medium firm type of bed! My originally bed gave my back pain in the morning and after changing to this mattress… what bliss it is not having pain anymore!
