We've had our bed 2 weeks now and it's perfect, the mattress is just what we needed, Dave at Dreams Bromborough helped us find the right mattress and gave us all the information we needed to choose.

The staff and range on offer in Dreams Bromborough were excellent! The customer service was excellent, friendly and efficient. The delivery process was easy and the delivery staff Christian and Kieron were friendly, professional, helpful and prompt! it was easy to order the mattress we were given dates suitable for delivery. we were kept up to date with delivery and delivery persons were helpful, polite and took their shoes off without being asked.

Very happy with bed and the whole purchase experience. Simon from Bromborough was excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was very good. Very awkward to get a super king to the top floor, but Michael/Callum did a great job in delivery. Many thanks.

The Mattress was very comfortable and Iam very happy with my purchase. It was delivered on time amd the installer were very nice and quick, very professional. Very thankful to all of them.
Hi first of all, the staff in the Store were very polite and helpful when you go in the store. They tried to help you to choose which mattress suit to your needs. Show you, and let you try their new technology mattress to get what you really need that will help you a better relaxing sleep. I was serve by Mr Simon he is so patient in taking his time going round the shop looking for the best mattress. Then I finally found the Sealy brand which is medium firm very comfortable and in still reasonable price. I was so happy with my purchase and having a good night sleep. Thank you Dreams for helping find my dream bed.

They were wonderful
My experience with Dreams from walking in the door to making up my new bed was excellent. I was treated like I was the most important person they had seen that day. I even changed the day I decided for delivery, with no problem. They arrived on time, the two guys were friendly and quickly built my bed, while making me laugh. They let me inspect the bed ( im a control freak ) with humour. They were quick too, very experienced. The whole experience was wonderful.

Great deal and service
Me and my partner were about to move in together, we had a king size bed frame but with no mattress. So, we went to dreams at the Croft retail park with a moderate-low budget. We struggled to agree on the type of mattress we both would like and it seemed a medium/firm pocket spring mattress was our best compromise. Unfortunately none of these mattresses were within our budget. Thankfully a man we assumed to be the manager searched for some time to see what they had available. He found a couple that were well out of our price range but said he would be able to bring them down to our maximum budget. The one we eventually got was ideal for the two of us and we would never have been able to afford it otherwise. We’re both very excited for it to arrive and are both very grateful for the help we received from staff. Highly recommend for those in need of information and a great deal.
