Great in the showroom but failed to tell me that the matress l had chosen would have a dreadful smell for several weeks.
The delivery men were brilliant. I could not fault them

The bed came on time. The men were hard working and courteous. They assembled the bed in under 30 minutes and cleared up afterwards, taking the old bed. I have no complaints

The bed is Extremely comfortable and supportive. Made up of High-quality materials and perfect firmness. Woke up refreshed and pain-free.Best sleep I've had in years.

Bought a bed on ear understanding my old bed would be removed. The delivery en said they couldn't take it as it wouldn't go down stairs. I got my son in law to bring it down took him 20 minutes rang customer services to arrange for pickup. What a waste bf time I was on phone a hour before they would reach some sort of compromise. And then only if it was dry and clean its been raining very hard here . I told them to xake all the order away I didn't want it they wouldn't I am an 80yr old lady no help from them at all shocking

Very helpful in helping with the mattress. Use of a vibrating mattress to get ur purchase just right. Way you sleep etc. No problem with payment and delivery. Whilst waiting.Very courteous in offering a drink.

Very efficient very polite staff didn't feel forced to buy even tried the new bed that takes images of your whole body tried the beds so yes that was brilliant and my mattress is very comfortable and the new pillows so yes 10/10 wholly recommended thankyou to a great team
