At the beginning of the process Charmy at the Charlton branch was very thorough and gave us excellent advice. Offered us a drink,put us at ease and helped us select and compare the mattresses. The delivery team wore shoe covers ,removed our old mattress and carried our new one upstairs.

The staff at the Charlton branch were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I found my dream bed and the whole process from choosing it to having it delivered was seamless.
