Shop team in Cheltenham were all very helpful and polite. The chosen bed was delivered on time and quickly set up with no fuss. My parents are enjoying a much improved sleep now. Thank you all at Dreams.

Great Experience
Our experience with Dreams was excellent. The personnel who we bought the bed from were very helpful and friendly and the two who came to deliver and set up the bed/frame were clean, friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Dreams for anyone needing a new mattress or bed.

A very helpful gentleman in the shop

Over 5 months and still no mattress delivery
DREAMS.co.uk / Chelmsford Essex
We purchased a Super King TV bed with Tempur mattress in January from Roam @ Dreams in Chelmsford, Essex. We are now in June and the mattresses have been delayed for 5 months. We have not been able to use this bed. We have been told that there is a delay at the Tempur the manufacturer's, but Dreams will not commit to a delivery date, so we are left hanging not knowing when we will be eventually be able to sleep in this very expensive bed. Is it acceptable that we are expected to Sleep on a floor??. The Customer service response has been very much just passing the blame and think it is acceptable just to do nothing about this. Dreams customer services (Faye Macgregor) seem to believe this is completely open ended and that as a paying customer we JUST have to wait.. This is not any kind of service at all.
Yes we have been offered Money as refund, however, this does not resolve the issue we do not know when we are going to receive our goods. ???
We do not recommend you purchase a Bed from this company.

Apart from a very belated short chat I was then completely ignored. I wanted to secure a mattress today to make the most of the savings but he asked no questions at all. When a family came in, he changed completely, I felt the salesperson did not want to sell me anything
